Highly responsible sales guys. Went to enquire about N Line i20 car. The sales guy showed the car, took inside the yard. Till then it was done. Asked for a test ride. He took the mobile and address and promised to convey to the other team in about 2 hours (test drive team were in a meeting with the boss) at that instance. Waited and waited at home (2 kms away). No response or courtesy call whether they are coming or not!There seems no coordination between the 2 teams - salesmen inside the showroom and test drive team. The boss should train them in honesty, truthfulness, and keeping up promises. Very pathetic experience. Thats how they tend to lose potential customers.

About the service center -- its really bad. They wont handle the vehicle properly. They add some additional charges after the service which is mandatory ( incase large damage or parts change) .

I havent been a fan of Hyundai service due to the crowd and rampant overcharging. Decided to try this after long time. This was my 1st visit and its mixed feelings.There were many vehicles (which I heard is usual) but the reception of the vehicle was poor. One of advisors went and sat in one of his friends vehicle that had come for service, chit chatting with them even when there were other vehicles waiting. And then others were receiving vehicles of their acquaintances instead of following the order. The security guard didnt like that but as nobody was paying heed to him, he told me to make noise.Finally one advisor came to receive the vehicle. At first, the service advisor planned to make a fat bill. Then on asking him to do only the works as mandated by manual, the bill estimate down by half!! Also, only on insisting, he agreed to take a test drive.Then, in the evening, after waiting for long, I myself called up the advisor only to know that the vehicle delivery would happen on next day. On insisting same day delivery, he then agreed.The quality of service was good though.They accept UPI, cash readily but charge a 2% fee on cards, which was shocking for establishment of that size. Moreover, they had put out a notice regarding a 5% discount, but when asked, the advisor started giving excuses that the server is down and such..Again, after customers didnt agree with such excuses, he extended the discount.Even though the service quality seemed OK, rest of the experience was very ordinary.

Usually used to get the car serviced in Bangalore, left it in Hubli for the first time. Surprisingly had a good experience with the service. Supervisor and insurance advisors were very cordial. More importantly some of the car issues, which existed for sometime were corrected. Personally felt service cost was comparatively less than Bangalore! Not sure, if the costs vary between cities

Good experience here, on the way to our journey we needed to fix an indicator, we did not had time to make a job sheet and follow the regular procedure, we explained this to staff they came out and fixed it and did not charge anything.

Dear friendI can only say this worst service I have experienced in bellad Hyundai. 1 year also not completed my HYUNDAI I20 tyer got damaged. Later I called to showroom took appointment. Literally they took more then 1 week just to replace the tyer. And one more worst thing is that this is not showroom robbers adda. They have stolen my SD card(map). guys never ever trust this showroom. I dont know what all things they have stolen from my car it can be anything engine parts anything. Once car goes in what happens inside the workshop nothing i can say. Only thing I can say this dont trust them blindly.

Today morning I had gone to get my hyundai i10 checked and also get it serviced. This is the 1st time in 7 years a service engineer gave such a good feedback. 1st he checked in the system, when is the last time I had given my car for servicing and mentioned its not been a year or I have crossed the km limit so service is not necessary. He then asked about the problems and suggested these are common issues as car gets old and asked a service person to go for a drive with me to understand the problems. The person who came with me drove for some time and old everything looks normal and asked me to drive and point out the issues, during which he corrected some of my driving skills.For all this service center did not charged me single rupee.Thanks to Manju for such a good experience this morning.

Hyundai sale dealers deal with arrgency ,look at face and smell he offers change one to another so example that.....My relative purchase grand i10 sportz on roadwroad price 780000 he was offering overall 20000 but he raised amount in quatation innsurence10000(but insurance bill 30000),and ex showroom price 10000(exact price ex showroom 635000) road tax also 4000 etc 3000 but I checked another showroom in hubli 758000 extra other offers also suddenly shocked so that you want to buy car another showroom in hubli
