Location is so good and convenient travel around, hotel staff are polite and of good behaviour. convient parking and good Hotels around for food specially Kamat Non veg is ultimate for fish items. Rooms are spacious n so good but only issue is dusty due to nearby road n traffic. Only free channels available in TV., its not of much use. Also lift would made the Hotel more useful for old aged n overhealthy personnel. overall Its nice n convient stayRooms are good and well equipped with amenities.. full of privacy

I booked this hotel only for a night stay to move to next city and found it average for the following reasons.1) It has local bar attached, definitely not for family people.2) Dirty passage ways,3) Some work was going on and there were fine particles everywhere on the pathway till room.4) There were dumps in the backyard of room, when i opened the window. Still regretting why i chose that room.There were good things too,1) You get room service,2) People at reception were responsive and used to get back for a call3) Bathroom was neat, hot water was availableOverall its affordable room, definitely NOT for families!

It was good hotel to stay. Staff is very helpful and kind. you can request them to late checkin and checkout, if they will have room then they will. allow. I will also. prefer this hotel again when i will come to hubli.

Good spacious rooms. I got a standard room first but took it because of very ggod ventilation. Then I had to change it because of 2nd floor as there is no lift. The room I got for deluxe was fantastic. Very good ventilation and a family could stay here with good view from balcony.

The hotel is near old bus stand hubbali. good rooms. clean bathrooms .room charge 650. but if you book online then it is 750.per day .clean well maintained .clean rooms. always call the hotel for booking .online booking is costly.

The pricing was very strange and I failed to understand. A standard room has 2 beds and it costs 750. I told them there will be 2 occupants and the guy at the reception says it will cost me 850. I mean seriously?? What kind of logic is this? Deluxe rooms and standard rooms cost the same but the standard rooms are very small and with limited amenities and inspite of that we need to shell out 850 bucks. In a place like Hubli and the condition of the room it is definitely not worth 850.

Heavily crowded bar and restaurant. very noisy at ground floor. At first floor we may feel comfortable, but there is no washroom at first floor. Everytime coming down during drinks time is very irritating especially when we drink beer. Sides and Snacks are ok.. service also good. Very near to VRL, Basava vana Bus stand.

Hotel has logging and restaurant. Logging is good. You can book a room by call also. Reasonable rates. Near to bus stop. All bus booking centers are near to hotel. They are very trustworthy about room booking and restuarant. Cleanliness about room is not that good.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and not too far from bus stand. Also the tariff are much into budget section. Easy to locate from road and quite good rooms with well furnished interior. Well maintained washrooms and rooms. Neatly maintained surroundings and rooms.

Value for Money hotel....The hotel has done many improvements in respect to Hotel maintenance as well as in their services... All amenities are around by. Bus stand is walking distance of 5 mins... Railway station is around 5 to mins in Auto or taxi.... Worth staying here...It is in the main City centre so every facility & amenities are around the hotel.

It was a pleasant experience. Visited hubli market the first time for shopping. location is excellent. Main Durgadabial market is 2 kms from the hotel. The bus stand is nearby. There is a Kamat fish restaurant right opposite to the hotel where we had tasty fresh Kingfish. Good clean rooms. Warm and courteous staff. Will definitely recommend.

A decent hotel for the money they charge. They have parking facility and checkin process was simple. Room was clean. Overall good experience. The reception staff welcomed us with sweets because we visited on the occassion of diwali

It was awesome experience at hotel peacock.staff is very cooperative and friendly.room is clean and well maintained.but i faced little bit problem with tv.because TV of my room was not working.otherwise very gud stay in budget amount.i check out around 11 am and i handed over my luggage at hotel reception then came after 2 hours of business work. took my luggage from reception and went away.

Average hotel with reasonable price

The hotel is nice and good on pocket.Single room can be booked for just 650 and double bed room for 850 and triple for 1000.One can easily travel as bus stop and VRL point is very near.

This hotel is much better compared to Bharati Lodge where I previously stayed.. except for the food in the adjoining restaurant everything is good.. the rooms are spacious, cleaner and cheaper than Bharati Lodge..

Average standard, bathroom pipes are not working properly. No proper parking spaces, only 2 cars can park in front of the hotel and its close to the road. So if someone park there car in roadside, hotel customers cant park or take their car. Heavy traffic near hotel.

After seeing reviews, I decided to stay here.This is a peaceful place with spacious rooms. There are some wrong reviews like cockroaches which I hardly found 1-2 small). There is a small hotel beneath it & its good. People who want to eat better food can go to Ayodhya near Bus stop. Externally you will see a old building but inside its almost new.The rooms are kept superb clean, they come and clean daily. Adorable and neat. But no lift.

A neat,clean room. Very basic but clean amenities. We had a firm coir mattresses to sleep on and I enjoyed my sleep. Bathroom was clean and decent. Hot water was available. Service was decently quick but very rustic. Language and attitude could irk some. But, the location of this hotel is excellent. Very close to the main bus stand and the CHIGARI bus service boarding point and all the business areas of Hubli. This accessibility itself is its biggest positive point.Drawbacks I can mention are:1. We had to park our car right on the road side. No space to park.2. No lift to go up to the upper floors, one needs to haul oneself up the stairs.3. The stairs are of uneven height. Watch your step, especially when coming down the stairs. They were built by amateurs I believe.4. Traffic noise. Can disturb late risers badly.

We are on the way to pune, so looking for a place. this seems value for money option from all the nearby hotels like anatha residency, swathi etc. however building is old and room furniture old but inside room is good and clean. so u will have relaxing time. if u r looking looking for better living exp then other places are good but stay for a night ia good option

It was a great experience for the price I paid. the room was nice. All the things on the room were neatly placed. This hotel does not have a restaurant, but dinner at Fish land just opposite was awesome. The only trouble was for breakfast on the morning, for which one has to walk to udapi near VRL, which was very time consuming.

Good hotel. easily accessible location (near Chinnamma circle). cooperative staff. neat rooms (although bathroom cleanliness can be improved, but even thats okay). A/C, WiFi etc functioned well.
