Bata showroom at HSR layout has good quality footwear no comprise with quality comfortable footwear, good staffing only thing is that the footwear collections are less apart from this everything else is good. Bata as known from long time is good for quality.

Hopeless experience, went there and asked for home delivery..was told 3 days time.. didnt receive the order 1 week.. phone number mentioned in the bill is dead.. call centre folks are another lousy bunch..they say we cant do anything if store manager doesnt pick up the call.. we cant contact him on ur behalf..worst they dont mention order id in the receipt.

It was boiling hot in the showroom, AC etc was switched off.After we complained, it was turned on and things were better.

Asked to home deliver shoes. But they have sent it to wrong address and I had to call the customer care n go to the store many times to get refund. Each time I made a call I got improper responses. Irresponsible staff. N very less collection.

We just buyed a formal shoes worth 1700/- 3 Monts ago but unfortunately sole opened then we just went to exchange at the beginning Executive said exchange is only within 15 days or less than 2 Monts but while u purchase he said 6 Monts Max self life but then manager Gopal was good gave ur 75% discount from his side just to satisfy us on new purchase of the same product

The store is not so bad just the fact that they have only their products which is not bad btw but I would have loved if they could provide a little more good collections here and good service too...

Has a huge collection men on ground and ladies on first floor. Very spacious shop. Plenty of choice in all price ranges and some smart designs.I would surely visit again.

Pathetic Service by Store Manager. My shoe worth 1699 got damaged in a week of usage. (Ridiculous that Bata is known for its quality). On top of that I have now visited this store in HSR Layout twice and still not have been able to get it exchanged.First time I visited for exchange (in same month of purchase) the store had very minimal variety and stock. And this time, I am travelling from 15km to just exchange the shoe, and the store manager says they take exchange only before 5pm. Where did this unwritten rule arise from? Even Bata customer care has no clue about any such rule and the manager was pathetic enough to just snap at the Bata customer care as well when we asked him to talk on phone.So for exchanging my shoe worth 1699, I have already spent 500 bucks today just on cab! What amazing service by BATA and its stores!?! Its one of the best examples of the oldest brands of India that give zero value to customer satisfaction.Pathetic again!

Bata was good but it has also become expensive. Its no longer the economical, most affordable shoe brand it used to be. I just bought a kid shoe for 1300. The starting range either doesnt have all sizes or is heavy and not ergonomic. Its sad

I had gone after seeing a offer which says 50% sale on Bata products but as usual very few items are available on sale which are either old pieces or not selling models. And which ever items you like, their wont be any discount or offers on those items. More surprisingly most of the products arent available on display but are available online in which you can get 30% flat discount on item above price of 999. Its better to book online through Bata website.

Staff over worked. Okay collection. Many sizes not available and some models the sizes seem mislabelled. Wish had more full black options including the visible parts of sole and welt

The shopkeeper planned to mint money through all the ways possible. Doesnt even offer a carry bag and expects to carry the footwear on the head!!

Bata had been the name for quality in every indian mind. But it isnt so anymore. Service is poor and inadequate and non professional service. Less stock. They say new arrival every Friday but it is not true. Very few models that can compete with brands like Adidas and Nike and then when you like it they will say stock is unavailable.

This shop is not disabled friendly. It does not have wheelchair access nor does it have a small elevator inside to access top floor. They have a reasonably good collection Power and Bata shoes but not so much of Hush Puppies. They also have a limited collection of socks. There is much to be improved in the customer service area. They are under staffed and customers are left to fend for themselves .

This is a decent Bata store. Well located at beginning of 27th Main, the shopping destination in HSR Layout. Quite spacious spread over two floors. Good area in the front too. Parking is available in the road and you will get except during peak hours.

Bata losing its name for quality. Shopkeeper is one of the best cheaters out there. I bought a shoe for office use from this store. While buying it, the shameless Shopkeeper mentioned that the shoe will last for 3-4 years easily in any weather condition.The shoe started wearing off within a year. So after almost 18 months, I went to the shop and enquired about the same. The Shopkeeper doesnt even care to bother me and without any shame, he is now saying that this shoe comes only for a year and a half. This guy was all smile while selling it and now not even having guts to look at my eyes. One worst guy.Bottom line : Dont trust the Shopkeeper. Either he is selling some duplicate products or Bata started losing its name for quality.

Located in HSR layout on 27th main road... Easily visible from traffic... They have great variety of footwear for all genders and ages. Ground floor is for men and first floor for ladies and kids... They also host many variety of Hush Puppies footwear range. Billing is also very quick even if there is crowd.

Staff didnt pay the attention to customers. I had asked twice for the help. Store was good but they dont have latest collections & sizes. if they are showing the products, that should be available for all sizes right?They are not having all sizes.

Just another bata store, but what suprised me the most is the products which are the in bata commercial Street and Indiranagar are not here at all even after requesting.

Collection doesnt seem to be very trendy...very less new arrivals. Most of the time, same patterns are displayed. No idea, when new arrivals will be released during an year. Really, prices are higher may be due to brand familiarity. If prices are revised to tag at reasonable rate, Bata can have more repeated customers as like in early days...

Good place to buy shoes for school going childrens. There are normal casual footwear for childrens but not much varieties and if we zero on a model, there is no expected size. They could improve on it by maintaining the catalogue to check quickly.For Adults there are some varieties of sports, office and casual wears. I liked their Hush-puppies models much.Quality:- As usual its good . I did not face any issues so far for both Kids and Adults footwear.I have seen ladies hand bag and other footwear accessories. Overall good and convenient store for HSR layout and near by locations.

Prices are reasonable. Quality of shoes have come down over a period of time. Not too many models to choose from. Located on 27th Main HSR layout closer to ORR. Parking is not an issue.

Its in 27th main near agara bridge. Very big showroom with lots of varities. The people are polite and humble and will help you choose the best shoes or sandal. Pretty big place and can be seen from outside as well. Not much crowded though. Good collection of sandals, slippers and shoes are there.

Many shoes were not available in the required size. Less number of staff were looking after a large number of customers. So, service wasnt good.

The place is slightly in a disarray. Looked inadequately staffed. There were few other customers too and the staff was struggling to handle them all. We managed to catch attention of one to get the shoe size, another to fetch some samples and a third one to complete the sale. Billing was manual on the day we went. Cash and credit cards only accepeted, no other modes of payment. Also, dont get fooled by the big displays proclaiming 50 - 70% off, as the discount applies to only few items kept separately on the floor and does not apply to most of the items we may buy :-) The product looks sturdy and of good quality, reasonably priced.

I bought one hush puppies shoe and one bata sandal from there. shoe color got faded within 2 months, but still happy with the sandal...

The staff under the ladies and childrens section is almost always in a bad mood.Rude to respond and disinterested of you choose to try more than 2 pairs of anything. Firstly there is never any stock of popular products like childrens school.shoes. the only reason I still am stuck at visiting this centre is the the proximity to my residence.

Well organised. Its much much better than the Bath showroom in front of BDA complex. Has all the latest products and designs available. Staff is very helpful too.

We went for shopping on Monday noon when there is no crowd.. Still bata staff was not interested in showing us sizes or options. We were standing there for 20 min and Noone even heard us when we asked for help.

Worst staff. They girls and boys are busy giggling and chatting with each other. They somehow do not have a clue about helping out costumers even if it’s a small kid trying to make sense of the lace or whatever. The fellow at the billing counter is quiet rude. Overall if you want to buy BATA items please look for other stores.

Staff are not bothered on sales. You ask anything, they will say this is the only one size or model available. And they dont even show best alternative collection

Usually you get here what you require. Itmay be shoes, kids footwear, socks or suede shoes polish, shoeshine etc. However, all sizes may not be available for all the models, so one needs to check his/her luck. Usually there are no discounts.Staff at kids and lady section are not helpful and friendly.
