Padma pukur is near Amtala and carry road. There occur a lot of jam near the railway crossing. Carryroad is near 1 minute walk. Contested area. Market and all facilities are good.There is a mosque near also . Well harmony.

Only local trains stop there.. Just a station before Shalimar (terminating Station) Nearest attractions IIEST, Botanical Garden,Nabanna (Secretariat building of Govt.Of W.B.) just 3min walking distance to main road from where you can avail buses, taxis..20min to reach Park street area by road.

Very few no of train service available on daly basis.

Small station of Salimar line , but main water processing unit & pump is near by !

A small railway station. Just a platform. However, its location on Google Maps is not accurate. The exact location is a little further south. Only swimmers - the Shalimar shuttle and a couple of other local trains stop here.
