Being a recent past HR of this company I strongly recommend not to join this company.1. Management is awful and believes in hire and fire policy . They never cares about roles and responsibilities. For an example they forced m to take care of accounts, marketing though I am an HR.2. Mangament never submit PF and ESI though they deduct same from salary every month. At the end , they do force employe to take employee contribution to accept in cash and to give up the employer contribution.3. Management misbehaves even with female employees , uses unparliamentary words calling odd times in night. This is completely violation of vishskha guidelines. Even I am the one of the sufferers.4. Many ex femail employees made this allegation agaist the Director of the company , that he used abousive/rotten word to them during their exit interview process over the phone during this pandemic time. Management never took any action even after I informed same for several time.5. Irregularities in salary disbursement FNF,PF,ESI, Leave encasements...... and the Management thinks that their HR should act like dolls. The Management have no idea how to run a business.6. Management brings allegation of inefficiency against employees and they fire the employee ,where they are incapable for running a company.Being in HR department they ever gave access od a paid recruitment portal, where they are targeting for a mass hirings. How come recruitment is possible without a recruitment portal....just from FB!!!!!??????? . HR please dont waste your time here. The are are also experts in running peoples careers by shifting them from different departments where they actually belongs from so.e other departments. This is just a place one should only waste their time and efforts and gain nothing.7. They never clear full and final dues of employees after separation.8. I had to fight to clear my own dues after I resigned.9. After I raised strong voice , now they are clearing dues of ex employees, seperated in March 2020 . Earlier they have mailed their HR team not to clear the dues for those associates.In one line Dont join this company, if you dont to ruin your future......
