Staff are not professional and are rude. You cannot explore freely and try different things freely as they will take back the footwear if you try out for sometime and the reason given is it will spoil the footwear. Also they wont respond to queries and have no professionalism. Best is to avoid this store

The most disgusting branch of Bata. I have been to numerous branches but this branch has the most disgusting set of staffs who do not even know how to talk or deal with customers. I think they were not taught while training that customers are the reason why a brand survives and for that you have to be polite and convincing towards the customers instead of taking away slippers from them while trials or be rude to them.
