This place was like my own home. Feeling very disheartening to leave my own home.

One year of residence. Thousand years of memories. Macdonald is usually the low profile hall of IIEST, but I declare it the best place to stay on earth.Specially during the tenure of Swapnil Da (the gardener) and Abhinav Kaku (the cycle repairman) 😇P. C. Manas Da

Its in IIEST Shibpur....Amazing.....Good infrastructure, spacious, clean......Free WI-FI is available there......

Macdonald hallThis Hall is the single seated hall of residence for the boys. It accommodates the 3rd ,4th , and 5th year ug students.

Well maintained. Single room for each students. Except some quarters where 3 students are accommodated.

Great place.. It is a hostel for students only.If u are a student its for you.Its most probably the most clam hall. Any floor lords wing is the best direction of this hall. Others wings are sen super and burger.Each room has 2 windows as usual.A different type room is here 2 each floor thats box room. Its little larger than normal rooms but there is no window beside the door.

The cleanest of all hostels at IIEST, Shibpur

It is the oldest hostel of IIEST,Shibpur. Very well maintained. Staffs of this hall is very polite. Care taker of this hall is very friendly.

This hall is like my home ...foods are good and have nice experience

Because I live here. We have decent food and single room for everyone.

I used to stay in this hostel in the final year of my college days. This is a very old hostel , named after a british proffesor. I cant forget days we spent with my friends .
