Rooms are good but bathrooms and toilets are very poorly maintained. Water supply is interrupted at times. MCBs fall as soon as you use iron, induction, table fan and other appliances simultaneously. Only one heavy appliance is allowed. Food is also not that good as per the mess fees one pays. Currently the top floor is under construction.

It is good but kitchen is very dirty.
