Good interiors, very basic gym, 40% old equipments integrated with new ones! Good shower n clean toilets which is a standout in Howrah. Friendly staff, cooperative trainers with good mannerism and professionalism. This gym misses out big-time in the equipment list....just to name a few...calf raises, hyper extention to begin with!

Great gym for people who wants to exercise. Not a perfect gym for those who wants to TRAIN. Definitely not value for money.
