Worst service staff behaviour is too bad

They are one of the worst transport company I know. We take some hevy weighted material to there godown. There behaviour is so rude towards customer.They kept us waiting for almost 2 hours for billing parpous.

1600km in 13days!! yaaahoooo!!! lightening speed!!

NEVER book heavy materials through this transport for long routes as in my case i booked a consignment of 1200kg one piece from kolkata to coimbatore... they broke the material on its way... This happend with me twice from vrl side.. Twice a tym they broke my material... As they dont have any direct truck they often shift the goods from truck to truck to deliver the goods... And after breaking the material also vrl agents never took any responsibility of my goods...So for long routes avoid this transportIn my case i prefer culcutta south transport or cst cargo as they provide direct trucks..BUTEverything ELSE is good..Good staff..( FOR SMALL WIEGHT GOOD)Well systematic way of proceeding in their office...
