BSNL sank because of the behaviour of its staff. they harass customers day by day for a simple work. the work environment is zero. the staffs are always found chattering . they treat customers in the very worst way. exploitation of government opportunity at its very best

Privatisation completed?But laziness continued.

Installed Broadband connection along with Landline phone on 2016. Broadband was super fast and phone connection was also good. But the SERVICE!!! You cannot think of how bad it is until you face that. Landline hand set is out of order for last 4 months. I lodged docket for 8 times but they did nothing! The modem was reprogrammed 2 years ago in BSNL Salkia, Nandibagan branch, after that I could not log in the modem. I surrendered my connection at last. yet I have to visit my nearest exchange again to submit the modem and phone. Then I have to appeal for the security refund and again have to visit the head office at Satyabala. These are the reasons why BSNL is about to die.

Very less staff is available. But thise less staffs are working very promptly.

Single most unprofessional organisation and office Ive ever been to. They dont deserve to be a govt owned communications provider. Pathetic service. The worst kind of people in customer care. It is perhaps the most disinterested group of people I have ever seen. Id recommend firing them from the top down and employ some homeless people there. Theyd do a better job.

At 10.30 am I went there and felt like a Haunted House.I have hardly been visited this type of offices where officials work starts from almost Lunch time or workers choice, which is at around 12 in the afternoon ! Excellent place to experience the real meaning of ULTIMATE INDICIPLINED SERVICE !All set-up were there but unfortunately hardly a few official workers were present !I must acknowledge that the I found good sitting arangements for CLUE LESS CUSTOMERS / SUBSCRIBERS !!!

Main BSNL telephone exchange and administrative office of Howrah district. All kind of BSNL broadband and telephone related customer services suppose to get for here. This is only for Howrah district customers. Campus is not clean and lack of maintenance clearly shows. Work culture is not very enthusiastic.

No staff, no equipments, no service and no one is appointing here from last 1 yaer ony retirement of existing countable employees are coming. Like government do not wants to revive this office BSNL 💔

It is a BSNL facility. All sorts of BSNL telephony related work can be done here.

Despite being blessed with acers of land in the heart of the locality, it fails to live up to the mark. Had this area been given to some private Telecom company, they would have utilised it in a much better way.Outdated infrastructure and unprofessional staff behaviour.Not recommended.
