The only thing good is the man who has come for the decoration. He is fast and patient. The decorator has provided with extremely dirty balloons with no shine. Claims these are new ones even though the dirt is clearly visible. Balloons are bursting real quick and their size is also small. AVOID GIVING THEM ANY ORDERS. OWNER IS VERY RUDE.
