This is Esha Basu - our followups and the complete lack of any updates have now reached epic proportions. From Kinshuk Bose to Kaushik Basu to Jaideep to Kalyan Bose, We have gone from pillar to post with no resolve. We have been extremely patient with all the excuses that we have heard and have even agreed to be paid on instalments. We cannot be anymore tolerant of this behavior. This by far has been the most embarrasing client interaction wherein We have made a thousand calls and only ones which have had a new number were attended to. We instructing our team to continously follow up with your team members night and day. We dont want to resort to any unfair or unethical means to recover the payment, but it doesnt seem likely that Boson itech Limited is in a mind to clear our dues. We being told that your clients are not paying up.Will appreciate a revert.
