If there any options toh ratings a big zero then am very much satisfied.. dont buy any product from khosla electronics shibpur..and employees behavior worst...they dont have any ideas how to deal a customer... they just look out how much they are sales product... any more things that nonrefundable.. if m not satisfied with product then why should not I get my money refund??? Most unpleasant...

Its a big showroom with plenty of varieties of products but they are extremely non professional and there only objective is to sell their products and can lie, mislead and hide facts to their customers. Once the product is sold then the hidden costs will come out. I purchased a fridge, while purchasing I was told they company service man will install it. But once sold they told no one will come and their own representative came and installed it of course with charges. Same happened with the chimney. Hidden cost of almost 2000 . Not at all trustworthy. 2 stars due to collection of products. I will never visit that store. Fake and false commitments wont last long. And would request the customers to stay away.
