Do not buy any item from this shop. Almost all are overpriced and depreciated products just nearing warranty period but cunningly concealed from consumers . I bought a LG 43 ULED which did not last even 2 and half years. The product started malfunctioning soon after expiry of extended warranty period.

All employees are lier and just harrasment to customer always... during purchase they said they are stand if anything negative happens but after sales service below worst ...if I have -1 rating then I can use thats why use single star....my best review to all customers that dont buy from reliance offline, go online shopping site to fulfill your need.....I purchse a product short-circuit within 7days but they cant replace they say its not under their replacement policy ....23 mails given to Reliance digital but they didnt call customer a single day

Relience digital of Rangoli mall is worst electronic showroom I ever seen. None supportive employers. Wrong and false commitment they given to customer. Hide things from customers. Once you buy anything then they straight away denied to address your issue. Top to buttom everyone is false commuter. Better to buy electronic goods from other showrooms or online atleast they have listen to their customers.

One can depend on this store. The service part is very much organised and in perfect working way. I had bought a tv reconnect reliance company which had some screen problem. The technician came in no time and fixed it neatly. The service centre resq is much better than the service centres employed for other showrroms across west Bengal. This group has dedicated team to see the grievances and they deal with it very properly. One can surely rely on the reliance digital store.

Very nice shopping experience. I have purchased a samsung microwave oven,23 litre just for Rs 5640/- with big discount. Service of the staff is very good and gentle.

I have baught a Hp laptop on 26 of January 2021. Firstly the staff welcomed warmly and showed the product gently. When I have chosen a product they started RAINING OF OFFERS. On the peak of Offers I have asked for some consideration on price and he agreed to do so.BUT AFTER BILLING the whole environment Change and they become The Gainer by saying u have to take the Billing Product I havent promised for offers THAT IS CHARGEABLE.And the voice of Chief of DACOIT The STORE MANAGER.....I DONT KNOW WHAT HE PROMISES BUT KNOW IT IS CHARGEABLE.....

Worst attitude of employees from store manager to sales person. They all know how to create a fake story. Every employees are lier.

Near Belur math Rangoli mall Is one of the most visited places by locals.. And on the 2nd floor Reliance digital normally stays busy everytime

There were few employees..made me wait for hours just to tell me the price of a laptop then they told me you have to buy the display unit that too with the gift then you will get 1000 rs discount. We are not fools that we dont understand the price or discount procedure. The very day I went and bought my laptop online. 😑😡
