Had a very bad experience when I went for a wrist watch metal bracelet resizing. Since I had a very costly Casio watch which had uncommon pin joints and also since many local shops dont know how to properly repair/service ghsock/casio watches, I humbly asked the staff to kindly do the bracelet resizing in front of me. Hearing this he immediately got very very angry and said he would not do it. He even said that this is not gold that I would steal and what not. He behaved in a very rude manner and I literally had to beg him to get my work done. After lot of convincing he did the work and I also paid a high price for it.My advice to the shop owner would be to teach some proper manners to your staff members. Customers can ask a servicing to be done in front of him because its the customers watch and the customer is paying. This doesnt mean the customer is accusing him/her of theft. Teach them to behave properly.My advice to other customers would be, be very very careful, its absolutely not customer friendly shop and avoid it at all cost. Only buy/service from here if you have no other options available/in case of emergency.Had their been not lockdown restrictions/other shops open, I would never have got my servicing done from this shop, simply because your shop has staffs that misbehaves with their customers.
