Ordered a Dishonered GOTY Xbox 360 CD from their Amazon listing for Rs. 1290 and they sent a used CD which was repacked using cheap plastic and heat seal. The owner was least interested in discussing the issue and was claiming that Amazon used and resealed the product. I can see the owner also claims that the buyer is fake so Ive attached screenshot of order for proof.I didnt make any mistake. I called the number you have on Google and you clearly mentioned that you sell on Amazon. If you feel the customers feedback is irrelevant you should stop selling products.FYI Ive seen your response on Amazon seller feedback as well (Check screenshot it has the same logo and details as your website) where you reply with the same unconcerned tone. Learn how to interact with customers.

Literally the best customer service provided in a very long time💯. I pre-ordered The Last of Us Part II from Amazon but the other seller didnt ship it even after 3 days of release. Game addicts was kind enough to hook me up with pre order bonus, which no one else is providing with physical games + A poster of the game + A official Last of us 2 Keychain and that too after the release. On top of all that, same day shipping.Literally made my day 💯Would easily give 6 stars if that was possible.

Quite shocked at the customer service.I had ordered for a PS4 game via Amazon - Far Cry New Dawn and I got a PC game Call of Duty in its place.Just because I opened the package after the return window, neither Amazon nor the vendor Game Addicts is willing to help.I have all the photos and the bar code of the game that I have received and you can trace the bar code to figure out that they have screwed up.Game Addicts are complete frauds. I was not surprised to see similar reviews on their google page. They aren’t picking up my phone call after I told them that I had all the proof.I have sent the photos of the game and the bar code to both Amazon and Game Addicts and neither of them has even bothered to trace the bar code.Seems like Game Addicts is fleecing Amazon as well.
