Google mentioned phone is not correct. Covid 19 testing was done till 30april. But on 1st May they denied. Saying no covid testing

I visited today for my blood and usg. Sayani the blood collection lady was so humble & experienced, I dont feel anything although I have a bit scared of injection. But over all my experience very good. This is my 2nd time visit.

My experience for the place is not upto the mark. Management is very poor. Lot of people accommodate in a small place . Infact physical distance has not maintained properly both at registration and vaccination area (4th floor ).Most disappointed behave by the front office at 4th floor where we have vaccinated . About 3 pm we were vaccinated . The certificate of me came after 15 minutes . But my husbands certificate was not comming .When I asked for the certificate at the front office the Female person in counter shouted very badly . After repited request we got the certificate at 4pm .The person in charge was very reluctant about the job . We felt very heart with the misbehave of the Diagnostic center as my husband is 71 years of age . Both of we are senior citizen. Comming back home we were surprise surprise to see that in my husbands certificate it is mentioned , gender female!! This is unexpected . Management is requested to be careful about this types of unwanted behave .

Dont book this one for covic vaccine. They have their own queue and form. They are not following cowin booking details/slot. Cword is too much and to collect the form you need to fight literally. No covid protocol they are following.

I have done opg xray from here and before testing they did not disclose they will not give any opinion report apart from plate and after doing they denial for that and dr is asking for that .Also their is no arrangment of leather coat to protect of ràdiation from xray more even no covid protocoal they are following.Please try something else as dr are also corrupt here and will write test which is not necessary rather give commision.

Ms. Sayani is a very good vaccinator & blood collector of pulse. I got covaxin very successfully from her. She is very much careful & experienced. I am really satisfied. Pulse is one of the good diagnostic setup, good management. Thank you❤

People over the reception are good in behavior, but ultimately indicates that they are helpless as their top management are not looking at the problems. They are just money oriented and for that they can go for anything. (I simply Complained that I have not received my Test report for Covid... there answer was : 1)They dont know that my sample has been examined or not 2) They dont know that payment made by me was received by the pulse or not 3) They dont know my sample will be examined or not 4) They dont know they will be able to refund my money or not.... So in nutshelll they dont know anything....

Very unprofessional. Nobody is responsible and nobody is there to answer. I am chasing for last two days for my reports and feeling helpless. If you have any other option then choose it. I am not getting my covid report and not able to start my medication. Avoid calling sadan (mullick Fatak) to collect samples(he came my home without PPE kit, mask and gloves) because he can spread covid in your family.

I visited this clinic shortly..Quality of all the services over there is more than expected. And staffs are well mannered.I specially mention moumita Monday. Gd job thank u

The ambience is pretty good. Staffs are very informative and cooperative, reports are said to be authentic. Location is very easily accessible, parking available. But the pathetic part is, reports get delayed without informing you, Home blood collection service is pathetic as only handful people work as collectors.
