Small effective office to meet the postal needs. The lady is very polite and helpful. Visited couple of times to post documents. The envelope shop is just beside in case one needs to buy proper envelope. Postal charge is a bit higher compared to India Post.

They not maintained Non contact delivery in this covid 19 situation . There delivery man named Suresh not only do not maintained non-contact rules but also threatened parcel-holder return back that parcel if he/she not take it by CONTACT ( means signed in receipt) . Now a days everyone maintained non-contact mode in parcel delivery(send by otp). Why this office of DTDC do this ? Is it right ?
