This is the 2nd time m posting the review here coz earlier when i posted they gave me threatThey took the payment but they were not activating my connection coz i already posted the review here...now ive removed their connection so posting again, worst connection ever worst customer service nothing good the write about them...

Hi I really appreciate the service of MFT for the last one year but now a days speed even not crossing 20 mbps though I m paying for 50 mbps. Tech came several time to fix this but it didnt help. I got advise from the service rep that my router strength is not good, I borrow the different router from my frnd but the speed was same. Now I dont know what to do with this problem but it was a overall good experience with MFT but now as they even cant fix it looking for some better option.

One of the worst broadband serviceWhen gave them 1 star on Google they refused to recharge my connection.

I have been using it for 3 months nowFor home usage as in Netflix/YouTube its good!For office purpose you can use there line as they have vpn services, its a big plus, never seen anyone providing here in Liluah.Kudos to the team!They are very quick in response and provides regular updates on any small issues like speed..Thanks a lot guys.

Internet speed is great no problem but I am facing many fiber cuts issues during rain but they are very quick in solving those cuts.highly recommended

I called in to get a new connection but this guys does not even bother to reply back nor give a solution properly.

Didnt want to give a bad review without trying your service. But I am a bit disappointed.. I needed a new broadband connection near Mandirtala, Howrah.. I repeatedly tried contacting on your whatsapp number but no one bothered to reply.. I dont know whom to contact..

Their services are best,, employees are very loyal and trustworthy peoples.they have successfully completed some bigger project .
