Dhara Sweets popularly known as ধাড়ার দোকান is a renowned confectionery of Uluberia town specially known for its mouthwatering ল্যাংচা / পান্তুআ /Lady Cany. The shop is located at the river side of Ganges (Hooghly).Gradual erosion of river bank is a threat to this shop. Earlier in 90s, the shop was destroyed due to massive soil erosion in the river side. But later on it was again rebuilt. However the popularity of the confectioner never turned down amongst the sweet lovers of local people.

One of the oldest sweet shops in Uluberia . Very famous among all . But now a days the quality is not as good as the past days .
