Worst customer service ever..... I went there to get a jiofiber connection, they took the aadhaar photocopy and phn number and said would call up come over and install the connection within 2-3days....its been nearly 3weeks now no one showed up and neither did I get a call from the store..... Next time I head towards the store I would like to speak to the manager on a serious note!

Its okay. Not too bad. Storekeepers are not wearing mask all the time when communicating with customers which is a big concern now a days.

Reliance digital express mini is a small version of reliance digital store . Here in this store they have a good collection of mobiles and mobile accessories. They also arrange delivery of products that are not available . They have a large screen and they will show each and every details of any device on that screen and if the product is not available then they will arrange those products . I always try to buy electronics item from reliance for their great customer service .

Its exactly at the mandirtala stoppage. The service boys are very helpful and friendly.

Dont waste your time going to this store for a new sim , they want u to install my jio from your existing carrier network and generate a bar code post which they can sell a sim to you.Why is the above required ?Person sitting with a small camp on road gave me an instant sim no such formalities reqd with instant aadhar verification.Store people and manager are rude and probably the customers coming to them for sim procurement has got into thier heads .
