An decent computer shop/service centre in Bally around, they now sell large appliances too. Pricing is a bit towards expensive for certain products, Id appreciate if the store representatives/proprietor pay more attention to new customers who have just arrived instead of remaining engaged with existing customers/acquaintances, the representatives are young, polite, quite helpful at times. Please do help out customers by giving accurate, up to date information about products and appliances, go into detail, perhaps show catalogue and specification data etc, at times I have felt the reps do not know or present enough information about the appliances they are selling which is tad underwhelming, especially for non-computer stuff. In essence, I feel improved customer engagement and maintaining competitive pricing will be beneficial for customers and the business both.

A store which started humbly, over years grew to be quite a success at least in terms of the the outward appearance, but as with most legacy shops outside of lets say Chadni Chowk, the lack of competitive presence around, or perhaps the complacent laziness of the management does affect its performance and customer satisfaction, which I feel this shop is not immune from unfortunately.An overall decent shop, the inventory is okay Id say; pricing is towards higher/less competitive side; you may have to wait for a while as the staff or the boss (if present) will have preoccupations of chitchat with each other or known customers (which there are quite a few) before they attend you, good luck to you if you are a prospective patron!The after sales service can be tricky, if you are unlucky, you could call it poor; especially for certain appliances other than computers (like lets say AC etc.) the shop might not provide you with up to date information regarding its specifications (because I presume they themselves are at times unaware sadly), so do not rely on their vague descriptions and your own through research is recommended. (It has happened in my case that they mentioned of a feature that in fact did not exist in my appliance but by then the product was already at my home and it was too late and the issue was minor, but inconvenient nonetheless.)The plain positives are that they offer financing, take online payments and most of all offer repairing for computer parts and peripherals, and in my experience do a decent job at it, which is appreciated.The above are the feedback Id offer to the management if they are willing to listen, I hope they improve upon these points. It has been a while since I did business with them, so if they have indeed improved I am glad. :)

Never ever buy anything from this constars. They dont do legit business. I bought a dongle 1 day ago, they were giving non gst bill when I asked for GST bill they unwillingly did so. But intentionally given damaged product. I used it found out it to be compromised product thus went instantly next day so that it could be replaced they denied and told to take it to a service center which is even closed due to pandemic. I requested them that I need this due to work related matter but they denied.Never ever buy anything. Buy from some other store, buy online, buy 2nd hand but never from them.All the 5star rating you see they are also fake.

I want to say that dont buy anything from the shop. I think most worst shop in our bally. The behavior of the shop members are too bad and the products they sells all damage products not working nd not updated. First of all the AC. I bought on may 14th 2019.But my AC not working. And if you buy anything from the shop if the product has any problem you find they dont exchange it and tells you that it may be your problem.I am saying that because i was also a victim.Now my AC has not been done properly. 🙏 buy things that but not buy AC at the shop.

Stay away from this FRAUD store. We went to the store to get our monitor checked and repaired. The owner’s behaviour was very rude. They kept the monitor and asked us to come back after a few days. When we went back, the onwer said that the monitor can’t be repaired and tried to convince us to buy a new monitor. They charged us Rs 450/ for the checking. However we decided to get it checked elsewhere and we found there was nothing wrong with the monitor, but the issue was with the adapter of the monitor. So clearly the store didn’t spend any time to find the issue, rather gave a false opinion to make money. AVOID THIS STORE AT ANY COST.

A person claiming to be from howrah municipality came to my workshop in salkia last week demanding all sort of papers that too in filthy roadside language(boka choda etc) and harassed us for 4.5 hours ,after leaving again called me up on my mobile advising me to come to a designated place with 10000 rupees should we want to save ourself from such future harassment .I have the recorded conversation his phone number and even the footage of this entire episode .Would have also uploaded the same but am sure that would only backfire.If the municipality assures me that the complain would be taken in the right spirit i would do the needful.I know the above would not happen as knowing one person have given me the idea of the total organization.Should anyone know who could help me out in the above situation pls let me know as then i would attach the files and mail him.Pls reply me in this portal itself.SHAME HOWRAH MUNICIPALITY.
