So where it goes and its one of the worst decisions ever taken by us to take our laptop to such unprofessional people.These people dont have the basic ethics of how to have a conversation with their customers specially the mechanic who terms himself as a professional person and lacks the basic concepts of computer and there have been several such issues before to prove my statement.Once you review this shop and show that you aren’t satisfied,the very next moment they directly call you to change or even delete your review and thats how they have achieved this rating.The owner is still bearable but the attitude that the ‘MECHANIC’ shows is just unexpected looking at his status.I had simply no issues with the owner but its intolerable to bear the attitude of that mechanic in the shopAt last I would just REQUEST everyone not to visit this particular shop and not even take them into consideration.

One of the worst decision taken by us to go and look for the solution to fix my laptop from them. Firstly, the so called technician has no knowledge about the computer and doesnt even know how to open laptop properly, no technical background whatsoever.Secondly, very very rude behavior. The skinny guy who calls himself a technician lacks the knowledge of how to talk and behave with a customer ( he spoke some really disgusting things trust me)Verdict- The SM computer shop doesnt find clue for your problem, they maximise it.And ya... For the people looking for their shop because of the reviews, please dont waste your time.P.S. SM computer solution! You guys learn some manners first, then may be try to learn how to open a laptop followed by how to fix them.

Never ever visit this shop. The technician was unprofessional and has no knowledge about the system . He told my ram slot is not working but when i came home and tried it was working perfectly . Only windows was crashed in my system which he told ram slot has stopped working and charged me just for cleaning the dust. So think before you go to this shop.
