I would give negative ratings if available. These people are highly unprofessional. Never respect their customers. The service is pathetic. Running only behind money. Even their monthly billing ends after 21 days itself. The staff at the reception are rude in their speech. First they give discount and then provide old and used equipments for use saying the customer did not pay for new devices. PLZZ dont go for their useless and waste service.

Extremely poor customer services. They never pick calls at once. I had paid 12 months in advance, and every month they disconnect the cable stating non payment of subscription fees. And then we have to waste almost 3 hours every month to get it restored.

Worst Service, they will not check customer payments and switch off the lines, later to resume the same I would require to chase them whole day. This is the way they work. No Proper Customer Support. Just running there business on Area Monopoly. They have already suffered in Broadband Service due to the same reason, will soon see there cable operation down. Waiting for right competition to come.

The customer service or any other lines are off my wifi is not working I cant get a refund either and they are consuming money everyday and dont even respond or give an estimated time for the wifi to get fixed

The customer service was worse than anything they dont even respond Ive been trying to call both the customer service and the given number for this place on Google and its been more than 13 days and yet they have not fixed the wifi LOS and they are consuming 33 rs per day because I have already paid for the plan and now I dont have the option to change either and cant get a refund
