Good place for ethnic wear. They have a huge selection range for wedding.The store is very premium and feels much superior as compared to other major ethnic wear stores in Jaipur. The prices are on the higher side though.

I have bought 23k lehnga, they kept it for 3 hrs with them for a sake of finishing, but there was no finishing at all happened they just packed it and gave it to us. Really disappointment with the price they take for simple lehnga and does not even provide a proper service. I had to dry clean that new lehnga as it is all dirty from the bottom, the blouse hook is all coming out. Pathetic facilities they have. Other shops are far better.

I purchased unstitched material the product was not properly finished threads and sequence work was coming out. I went to store asked them to check the quality...the behaviour of the store owner was very rude irresponsible behaviour...I would ask people not to visit there store and dnt purchase because if there is any issue with the quality they behave in very indecent way...

They dont deserve single star. We used to purchase Kurtis and lehnga from here as it is near to us but recently we had purchased 2 lehngas to gift someone of 8000 rs each in condition that if doesnt fit then will they return it or not. They told we l return it and u can purchase any item. We feel so embarrassed when our relative called us that they are refusing to return as it doesnt fit them and they want 1 size bigger of it. They are so ill mannered and talk to them and me so rudely. We didnt expected this behaviour from them. We belong to such reputed families and talking to us like this is unbearable. We will not visit this place again. We can get the same quality at much cheaper rate at any other place. What do they think of themselves.

Bad behaviour towards customers as if they DO NOT CARE. Even their owner is very rude. They have no manners. Promoting sale but when visited its not there and not returning to the lehngas purchased 4-5 days back for which they told that there would be no problem in returning. Wont recommend anyone to go to this shop. BAD BEHAVIOUR. BAD SERVICE. NOT AT ALL GOOD COLLECTION. Why would anyone visit ur shop.

Loved my shopping experience at Pratap Sons. The staff is committed to great service and are super-friendly. Easy returns and exchange policy, I am super happy with the quality of their products, definitely going to buy again and again.

Its a paradise for women shoppers they have tons n tons of designs and variety.Has two floors the ground one is for kurties and the another floor Is for sarres.Have atleast 2-3 hours spare as this is the minimum youll spend here.Flagship store for women ethnic wear must visit if in jaipur.

We visited this store recently after it was highly recommended to us. After shortlisting 10-12 pieces we asked the staff, if there is any ongoing sale they out rightly lied to us that there is no sale, however they had a ongoing sale in their own outlet at a different locality. When we confronted them thats when they agreed. Then we requested them to check if the same pieces which we had shortlisted are there on sale, in their other store they completely gave us incorrect info stating that the stuff there is totally different. However when we visited the other store 80% of the pieces we found which we had shortlisted at a discount of minn 20-25% per piece. We even requested the owner that if he could paas on the discount then we wont check the othee store instead he was also extremely rude and arrogant just as his staff. As tourists we visited them for the first time but it was a very bad experience of dissuading the buyer from getting the sale benefit from their own outlet and being rude and arrogant to their customers. Definitely not worth visiting this store.

We shopped 6 items at the Tonk Road before lunch and when we reached the sarogi mansion in the evening 5 items were on 25% sales. Surpried first store claimed all items to be fresh collection and second had them on clearance sale. Felt cheated by this brand.

Very bad experience quality of the product is not good behaviour of the store owners very uncooperative and rude as if we have got the thing for free got one Kaftan in muslin just 15 days back which got many bobbins and when I went to them they refused to take any responsibility why to buy such expensive stuff if they don’t give us the expected quality

Heavy collection & reasonable price

You will find here traditional womens wear. they keep good stock of light kurtas, heavy kurtas, sarees, suit sets, gowns , light lehanga and bridal lehengas. I find it little over priced but it is one the few stores in Jaipur that keeps such an extensive collection. Also it is fixed priced store. Do not expect any discount.

Collection of this place is best in Jaipur I believe. We have searched about every showroom of Jaipur and by far its best. But my tip is if you are on curvier side u will be limited with options for non bridal outfits as their blouses are already stitched and do not have much margins. They say to give 45 to 50 days for new piece. Otherwise great place.

Pratapsons is great place to shop jaipuri material and dressesThey have huge options to choose from..If you are from outside Jaipur.. they take orders and deliver them at your place.. but you have to bear the courier cost..I got a dress made on order which was a little in fitting when I received so I had to get it altered which again cost me money.. but the quality of the dress was great..The prices are slightly high but not too high..And the shop is located in a prime location with proper parking space

We had a horrible experience with them which has almost ruined my fiancees wedding outift.No doubt they have a great range of bridal lehengas. But they have no ethics.The blouse material that they sent was a lot larger than the dimensions given, due to which the work and design will get totally distorted in making.First they refused to accept their mistake. Once we made them speak to the tailor and he gave proof of their mistake, they started blaming us for informing them late. We had informed them 2 days after receiving the outfit!!They have no shame in ruining the outfit of a brides biggest day.Also, we paid extra for an additional chunni with 2 inches of work; They sent the chunni with 1 inch of work.No ethics whatsoever.

Very unprofessional staff. Do not value customers. Nobody should even think about wasting their time here. Did not give the order even after visiting 5-6 times. No value for money. PLEASE don’t waste your time here there are plenty of good places out there which will treat you right.Will not come here even if it’s the last store in the world.

Very very expensive, most of the stuff you can get at one tenth of the price in the market easily. The staff is also very over confident, they show like they are doing the most important work of the world by selling the clothes at 10 times of their prices. Their work is amazing - high quality fabrics, superior craftsmanship and really good team of designers and support staff. Its by far the best ethnic wear store in Jaipur. I ended up ordering my Sangeet gown and wedding ceremony lehenga from them !! P.S. their Gotta Patti work is hands-down better than Chandni Chowk.
