Good Side :-1. Staff behaviour very good.2. Manager try his/her best to solve your problem.Bad Side :-1. ATM service poor.2. Online services poor.3. Not suitable to have a Current account here. Rather better to go to any private bank.

Horrible service. Branch Manager is attending office very late, none of the staff are efficient. Specially one lady officer who defined herself as Deputy Branch Manager is totally unskilled and attitude is very rude. She made the office environment uncomfortable for others.
