We visited this hotel to attend a wedding which was held nearby Howrah. We stayed there for 3 nights. I want to give full marks for cleanliness in the room as well as the washroom. All the staff is well mannered. The food is good and modestly priced. Will recommend every traveler.

It is one of the costly restaurants in the outskirts of Kolkata. Location is not very convenient although it is located beside the highway. Almost 25 km away from vivekananda setu. The customers can go only if they have their private car. One thing which needs to share is that the staffs of the restaurant always recommend the most high priced food items as well as the mineral water bottle. Not a single public transport is available from the hotel. The taste of the food is good. Quality is normal compared to price. The price of the OYO hotel there is also very costly starting from Rs.2000 & above. Please visit here if you are looking for a room besides highway because the environment is good.

Very poor resturent.The price is too high. They dont serve full tanduri. They serve only half tanduri, but in the bill they have mention full tanduri but they have charged Rs. 500 for full tanduri.Other food quantity is very less.

Asked for breakfast and he says its 12.45 who will serve breakfast at this tym...Fair Enough and agreed..Lets eat lunch den !!2 chicken briyani I ordered and its says clearly on face..No its not available here..When its 12.45 u cant serve any breakfast and u dont have anything for lunch...Are you guys opened this restaurant for a show off..That face you made when u were taking orders..oh man you clearly need to quit this job and do something else.... If the owner of this property reading this review..Pls rework on your staff...Its high tym u hire someone new.We didnt order anything and walked out with eating anything here..No respect No business !!! At first they will try to sell you the most expensive water bottle they have. Once you refuse then they will bring the affordable one. Food Quality is very poor. We received chicken which was very hard. We called the waiter and asked him to take a bite. Then he understood that the dish was poorly made.

Nice place nice foods for family and friends...but cost are little high than other restaurants near by... Its near panchla area and just beside National highways. U will like the balcony view because of the highway. Also u can avail rooms here. Its very cosy and nice place. Must visit. You can drive car or bike anything.

Overall a great place for one night stay. Rooms are not that big. Only deluxe AC room has bit more space. Else most of the room lacks proper space in case of double beds. Didnt get breakfast in early morning, around 7am. Please carry water along with you. They gonna sell water to you. For the very first stay, youve to buy water from them. Its bad.

Dont book online... they will cheat you by saying that they have stopped taking online booking for the last 2 months and give you a smaller room at a higher price.This happened to a few of us, who had booked separately online for deluxe room and was given classic rooms instead saying that your booking is not valid as they dont have any connection with the online booking system.. So you end up paying the price of a bigger room and he gives you a smaller room stating that for the online price which we paid, this is the best he can do..mineral water is not complementary and is charged Rs 90/- for a bottle.

Located at the NH, at Panchla, just few meters beyond the Singh Petrol Pump (Bharat Petroleum station), the restaurant is quite good, however, food isnt that tasty as expected. The rates are also on the higher side comparing to their food quality.
