I got a guitar online. I was very much terrified from all the bad reviews. And was worried that itll take many days to deliver and the package may get damaged.Blue dart showed that itll take 5 days, but they delivered it in 4 days. The delivery guy called and delivered to my locality. I walked 2 minutes from my home to the main road to collect it. The package was in good condition. Im happy with my experience.

I have just joined here And in a few days of experience, my place has been very tidy and the people here have been very friendly.

Came here for iPhone trade-in and pickup. Now, there server is so bad that it couldnt even show proper error codes. The diagnostics of my old device took 3 hours. What an amazing experience!

I ordered two products from Jockey on 15th June and on 18th June Jockey(Bangalore hub) dispatched my products and Kona warehouse, Howrah recieved those on 23rd June and after that no status update till 20th July and in between this have mailed and contacted both jockey as well as bluedart konaware for several days and no response, but once while after complaining thrice, bluedart called me back, and gave the different routes excuse and by Gods grace today on July 21st i. e after almost 1month(28days) i recieved my products. This is the disappointment and worse experience ever.. In between this pandemic and the lockdown process, the other courier services and online sites are delivering their products within 4-5days minimum and maximum of 6-7days and heres the Bluedart Konaware, Howrah delayed so terrifically. Bravo huh..

Customer care number not working and no reply from email. Worst service experience .I book my materials from Ambala to Hooghly district on 5may2020 by flight and supposed to deliver the goods by 7may2020 but still not getting any update form Blue dart side dont know wheather they are able to attempt the delivery or no. I tried to contact 100times but no response.

I think rickshaw is more faster then this courier totally flop blue dart courier...

My order was supposed to be delivered on 25th May 2020..Today is 30th May..Still whenever I ask them they give some excuse or the other..All mails,all numbers everything tried out but this is the worst possible agency and they dont care about customer satisfaction..Still not received my parcel and it being AN EXTREMELY IMPORTANT ONE I am hugely apprehensive when this FRAUD COMPANY will deliver it at all!!

It is written that there is office is open on Sundays. But this is a warehouse of Blue dart which continues to do loading-unloading stuffs but you can not post a package on Sundays. The location is a very odd one.
