Its good peaceful apartment, not luxurious but its good apartment with park and society.

Maintained badly.. No security checks at all.. anyone can enter to the society and anyone apartment

These complex is very big and divided into 5 phases..Phase 1 2 and 3 are located in howrah g.t.road.And 4 and 5 phase no.s are located in foreshore road.phase 4 have divided into 6 blocksAnd phase 5 divided into 22 blocks

Vivek Vihar is a very old Housing Complex now needs a lot of repairs and maintenance work the complex is too old so the drainage and specially the cleanliness of the premises is a major issue people living here do not contribute properly to maintain the cleanliness of the premises also very old style flats which are very congested and too small as compared to now new regrowing housing societies
