Property is huge...full of greenery... located at Deulti on Howrah- Kolaghat NH6 highway, maintenance work is going on after covid restrictions. Foods are average. No phone in rooms. Frequent powercut is there - alternate power source is available. Okay for family, friends and official programs.

Spend time with friends and so much fun in pool. 50 RS per head is pool charge and you can spend quality time make fun with your friends. To fresh your mind you can visit this place and good behavioural stuff and friendly manager. Food is also good.

A very spacious resort with beautiful gardens, plenty of swings, seesaws and slides for children to enjoy. They are keeping rooms thoroughly cleaned and sanitised in this pandemic situation. Extremely efficient and well behaved staff. Everything reasonably priced and good quality food. Great place for weekend stay.

Visited this place on 8th August 2021 to have lunch. First of all carry a lot of cash because they dont accept cards and the food price is super high. So you need a good amount of cash. The whole procedure is not very customer friendly. They will force you to order and pay advance a certain amount before they let you go in the dining area. No AC. However the food taste was good. Amidst this pandemic situation they have their swimming pool open and no restrictions are there. For one time visit its okay, if you didnt get any honest review of this place. But second time? Never ever.

I totally loved this resort. It is spread across a very large area and is beautifully maintained too. We went with family and had booked 3 rooms. We got it in flat style i.e. 3 rooms (all with attached bathroom) and a common dining area.. perfect for the entire family. We had a 18 month old kid with us who was totally overjoyed with the space he got to run and play around within the living area as well as the entire resort. As soon as we reached, it was raining heavily but just bcoz we had so much of personal area (3adjacent rooms + dining hall) my kid was never bored.The swimming pool is clean and well maintained. It charges rs 50 per head which justifies the cleanliness.The walking area, open ground, pond all are beautifully maintained.. perfect for a good evening and morning walk. It has some pet animals too in different corners like pigeons, rabbit. They would serve breakfast and dinner in the dining area on request otherwise we could go to the common dining area(near reception) for food. Lunch has to be taken only in the common dining area.Overall it was a great experience and a perfect getaway for the weekend.

Nice place to hangout with friends and family. Specially for people living near kolkata. This resort is relatively more affordable than others of similar kind.Resorts location is easily trackable and its just few minutes walk from Deulti bus stand.Resort is very big with many bungalows, villas, pond, playgrounds, children park, paths, gardens, fountains and swimming pool.Staffs are also polite, helpful and informative.Pre-booking is best.Another important thing is that only those who have hired room are allowed for the swimming pool. That is not at all good for everyone.

Nice place for a day out with family. Big resort. Specially kids will enjoy the place. There is a swimming pool , where you can relax. Both Rupnarayan river and Sarathchandra home are just 2 km away. Staff are well behaved. Service and food both are okay. Rooms are comfortable. Enough space for parking your vehicle.

Nice experience....a heritage resort @Deulti....semi luxury cottages at reasonable rate....lush green playgrounds, gardens, well maintained swimming pool, large parking area, simple lounge & cafeteria....only one & half hour drive from kolkata. Mutton meal, chicken pakora, fish finger was just up to the mark....Ill visit again.

Best place to have your picnic here. They have huge space..no matter how big is your group size, they can accommodate..I saw at a time they were managing some around 20 groups (for picnic). For marriage and corporate events, this place is good. Maintenance is little poor, when you enter you will like feel where I have come, but once you enter, you will forget everything with the gardens and flowers..food is good.. behaviour of staffs, they must improve.

A good place for a day out. Good spot for picnic also. Visited twice as of now for picnic purpose only. Not sure about rooms for staying. Or staying in the night. Might be a little spooky in the night because of the open spaces in between the cottages. Also could be a little shady for family staying. For a day trip its very very much fine. You can comfortably go with a group of friends for staying.

NIRALA RESORT LOCATED IN HOWRAH is the nice place. one of the good resort or picnic spot is Nirala. It is in huge area with rooms, garden and swimming pool. Rooms, washrooms are fully neat and clean.. you can visit once...

Beds can be improved . The mattresses are too hard . Food and service is great .

Crowded place on a winter Sunday afternoon. Number of fields allocated to different picnic parties. There was one for the ad-hoc people like me. There was a buffet as well. Good unlimited food for Rs. 420. However alcohol consumption is not allowed if you have not booked a rion in the resort. There is ampule parking space available. The part with the lake is nicely decorated. Toilet was very bad.

Rooms and ambience is not as per promoted.Good thing though is they have big ground and a beautiful swimming pool.They also allow day booking for picnic. Good is ok.

The resort situated aboute a 52 bighas land. You spend a holyday, your children enjoyed very much to play in three playground. Different types of rooms available. Their is a swimming pool but if you use the pool, pay extra money. No outside food allow, food quality & test avarage. They received only cash payment.

The name Nirala Resort should be changed to Jalapala Resort. When we visited the resort some loud music was being played to entertain the guests the swimming pool. This entertainment continued till 4 PM even after request to stop / volume control. Such loud music is not at all acceptable at resort named Nirala. We had lunch there. Other than Pomfret fish all other dishes were low quality. Disappointed.

A huge resort in Deulti. Perfect for family picnic. I really liked the lush green environment and ample space to accommodate scores of people. Parking inside is also available. Swimming pool is located at the center of the resort. The Roopnarayan River is 15 minutes away from the resort. One can avail autos.The biggest let down has to be the food. Huge room for improvement!

The place is very environmental and the fooding and lodging was excellent and the food was very tasty and the staffs are disciplined and they behave very nicely. If you want to make your holidays nice you should come here.

Visited this place in the month of Aug,2020..for a days visit. I liked the place, built on a huge acre of land, surrounded by trees on all sides. Had paddy farm outside the boundary wall.Place was well maintained, clean but the food was not upto the mark - mainly because their head cook was unavailable.

We went there for a office picnic. The resort is spread over a big area and maintained above average. Food quality is average and even the service as well. Water bodies, big lawns and flower plants make the place elegant. Its not a luxury venue at all but you get a good bargain what I think. However they can improve their rooms and services.

It is very nice place for Picnic, family trip. The location is just 300 meters from Kolkata-Mumbai highway at Deulti, Howrah. Very clean and well maintained resort. They are charging entry fee Rs. 20/- per person. Food is very hygienic and testy but price is bit high. We took buffet lunch for our family, as such they didnt have any option on that day. They are charging Lunch as : @330/- (Veg), @400/- (Fish), @420/- (Chicken) and @550/-(Mutton).

Only the pool section is good. But they charge 50/- extra for that
