The Saint Petersburg Stadium (Russian: Стадион Санкт-Петербург; also called the Krestovsky Stadium or Zenit Arena) is an association football stadium in Saint Petersburg, Russia. During the 2018 FIFA World Cup, the stadium had a capacity of 64,468 people. The stadium cost $1.1 billion to $1.4 billion.
Great football venue with well organised seating and overall logistics. However, food offering is a big disappointment! All food stalls are the same format with very limited food options. Hamburgers and hot dogs that are very basic microwave heated non inviting portions (no mustard, ketchup etc for offer). Would have expected proper restaurants and/or restaurant chains to operate within the stadium. Come well fed, ie eat before entering the stadium.
A great arena in saint Petersburg. Which holds different event like football matches. Concerts. Etc.You can reach the arena by metro. Or taxi. There is a special access for disabled people to. The stadium.Canteens are available in each section of the stadium.
Nice UEFA EURO 2020 experience at the quarter finals. Fast entrance and good security measures. I always felt safe at my stay at Gazprom Arena.
Euro 2020. Poland versus Sweden. Beautiful location, beautiful arena.
Amazing stadium! Really well built! Nice surrounding as well…
I give it five stars if they chance name to saint forsbergs stadium
A big stadium. Great architecture. You can buy food inside.BIG enough for 70000 spectators .It has a place to live your handbag, stroller, or anything that is uncomfortable for you while you are inside. They have video camera, fire alarm systems, bathrooms.Accessible for people in wheelchair. With information points.Secure.Located in the isle of Krestovsky so the view outside the stadium is also stunning.
Beautiful stadium, the was good security and for a large public busy place and the toilets were clean
Great and beautiful arena, nice location, easy access friendly staff,Memorable match!
This is a stadium of massive magnitude. Very impressive size, and over all atmosphere. The humongous glass roof can be closed during rainy weather, the plastic seats were surprisingly comfortable, and no lines to the bathrooms, which is always a plus at these kind of events. The food was very reasonably priced, 150 for drinks and 200 for sandwiches, and hot dogs. This is a place where you can really feel the spirit of St.Petersburg soccer fans. The exterior of this stadium looks like a space ship. Definitely go to enjoy this cosmic-sport experience!!!
UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL saturday 28 may 2022!!!
Amazing stadium and atmosphere! FORSBERG ARENA
Krestovsky Stadium (Russian: стадион «Крестовский»), officially Saint Petersburg Stadium, also called Zenit Arena, is a retractable roof stadium in the western portion of Krestovsky Island in Saint Petersburg, Russia, which serves as home for FC Zenit Saint Petersburg. The stadium was opened in 2017 for the FIFA Confederations Cup. Initially, it was planned to be completed by December 2008, which was changed to late 2011 and changed again numerous times until it was scheduled to open in 2017. As of May 2017, the stadium was 518% late and 548% over budget. The stadium has a capacity of 67,000 people. It was called Saint Petersburg Stadium during the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup and 2018 FIFA World Cup.
Superb stadium upgraded for the World Cup 2018. Club side Zenit St Petersburg play there so if youre in the city make sure you take in a match at this magnificent venue and the fine public park nearby
The historic match between the Egyptian and Russian teams in the FIFA World Cup which ended with the victory of Russia 3:1Day 19/6/2018 at 9:00 pm St. Petersburg time
One of the most beautiful and best stadium in russia, in good location
Great localization. Great staff.
Ready for actionSt Petersburg Stadium surrounded with beautiful views.
One of the best stadiums i have even seen, great construction with many good facilities
Beautiful Shiny Impressive stadium. Good access by metro and many facilities inside
Easily accessible from subway station.
Amazing world cup, one of the best stadiums I have ever seen.Long walk to entrance on stadium should be improvedWell done to the Russians.
Very big and exciting place, but congestion betwwen seats are present. Also, the entrance and exit ways are not fully developed.
Great pitch & nice view, but inside the venue is way too complicated to find your seat.
Amazing arena
Massive stadium with all modern facilities. Watched live match between Argentina vs Nigeria during FIFA 2018.
Its was really big, best experience ever I watch belgium vs france, FIFA world cup.
Excellent location! Spectacular stadium! The Leningrads metro can improve for a better and faster fan transport (less relevant for Corona-Time but still important). Come on Zenit ! 💪💙🤍💙
One of the best stadiums I have visited during World Cup 2018.
Best World Cup Experience Ever!
Had the best experience watching the Brazil v Costa Rica match. The stadium is ultra modern and there is a metro very close to the stadium. Also the view outside the arena of the Baltic sea is great.
Beautiful stadium, great location, very spacious and well organized inside
One of the best football stadium in the world.
Amazing stadium. iran vs morrocow in russia fifa world cup 2018. it was great
The stadium is amizining! Very easy going by metro
Cool stadium, totaly new , it was made for the cup of confederation and now for the world cup 2018. Perfect stadium with big restrooms and snacks on every floor. The stadium in enormous but its easy to find the exit or to go to your place. On every door ypu have staff that are always willing to help and are polite as well. Its litte expensive to buy snacks inside, but bringing your own food or drinks is not allowed. The security is on the high level. The surrounding sound is perfect. I think the most important thing that the stadium is closed. During the summer and non rainy days its open, but during the cold days its closed. I recomend you to come earlier, and to leave the stadium earlier like 10 mins before end because its difficult to go in the nearest metro station. So you have to go through the bridge to ther nearest metro station wich is on the other island. On the other hand the experience just being ther is amazing. From the photos, you can see thet even the elder people are coming to see and support their team.
AMAZING STADIUM , AND VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE , A LOT OF VOLUNTEERS FOR HELP FOR FREE .DRINKS AND FOOD ARE AVAILABLE, BUT BIT EXPENSIVE.
VIP suites are nice, since they got alcohol, no fun on stadium otherwise
One of the best stadiums Ive ever visited. Good atmosphere, good Transport links and good staff. Very quick and easy to find and get to.Would recommend for someone to visit here as it is lovely!
Well, what can I say about the stadium other than its a top stadium. I visited during a World Cup match and everything looked clean and new, it was pretty easy to get there and away.
Ready for the world cup. Enjoy the stadium of Petersburg.
Excellent stadium. Argentina 2 Nigeria 1.
Attended Russian Classic Ice Hockey Match. First, the location of the stadium is inconvenient: 15 minutes fast (!!!) walk from the nearest underground station. Second, fairly long security control procedure, so one should better arrive 2 hrs in advance to access the stadium, find your sector and take the place. Third, its not the place for ice hockey game. The sectors construction and ice rink were quite far from each other, so it was challenging to watch the game and observe whats going on on the ice. I really wonder, how the spectators could enjoy ice hockey match from the spots where the view is very limited by iron barriers as well as glasses. The last, but not least, HC SKA support. That was pathetic. How come the organizers could not provide SKA supporters with spots in order to increase overall support effeсtiveness. Moreover, the organizers did not equip the separate zone for fans, which resulted in a mess of people. It totally ruined any chance to support HC SKA.All in all, that game mustnt be hosted at the stadium constructed for FC Zenit (has nothing to do with ice hockey) and World Cup Championship 2018. In addition to that, was aimed at commemoration of Russian Ice Hockey Birthday. Every hockey fan is aware of the game HC SKA vs HC CSKA back in 1946, Dec, 22nd.Russian mentality and greediness of oligarchs who profits from such stupid events totally destroyed the spirit of hockey history. They dont care about people, they care about their money!
Modern and convenient arena for watching football
Good stadium what a wonderful stadium i really really like him
Nice stadium, electric stairs and nice technology
Big stadium with good acoustics but nothing much special besides that. You definitely want to sit down at the lower sections as it’s hard to feel the game from the upper ones
Modern, clean, well-maintained, and home to the best team! 🥰
Such a beautiful stadium, the organization of the confederation cup was impeccable.
Amazing city but weather is always change
Amazing Stadium. Great hospitality
Gorgeous contraction! Beautiful location.
Nice stadium. If you purchased VIP tickets you will be able to eat at buffet and you get the bests seats.
Beautiful Stadium! Easy to access from the metro.
Zenit arena
Super easy getting in and out of the stadium from the metro.
One of the best 2018 Russian 2018 WC venues
Excellent stadium and good management
Absolutely amazing experience.
World class facilities, tight security.
Just the right size and design. No matter where you sit you will most likely have good view. If you have a chance to attend to a match or event in this stadium, don’t think it twice.
New stadium built for world cup. Best way to reach is thru metro. From the metro, you need to walk atkeast 20 mins to reach the stadium
What an amazing venue to hold a World Cup match. The stadium is truely one of its kind. An experience to never ever forget
