I gave 3stars just because of bad behavior of all professor but the lady principal is very cold minded & also can understand any problem without any noise.... She is my favorite but all of the professors think themselves like a superhero & they treat their students like a goat....so am not satisfied about this college....

It was one of the oldest and biggest undergraduate degree college in Howrah. It was established in 1946. It is located in Amta ,an urban area of Howrah. It is affiliated under Kolkata University. It has 8 departments in Science and 8 departments in Humanities and I department in the Commerce Department. It has excellent factuality in all departments.

This is a co-education institution that offers range of subjects of Science, Arts and Humanities and Commerce to study at the under-grad level. Located in the bank of the River Damodar. The entry points are somewhat narrow, Amta being a very old human habitation.

Amta Ramsaday College is one of the oldest college in Howrah district . This college is located near Damodar river and the the atmosphire of the college is very healthy and pleasent . This college has a well decorated modern seminar hall, computerised laboratories, a library containing nearly 30,000 books, ultra mordan gym , canteen etc. This college is a B grade college announced by NAAC ( 2016) . This college offers its student to join NSS and NCC programme . I t is very easy to notice the improvement of this college .
