Dr. Carter was direct, focused and caring. I’m rarely comfortable at doctor visits and was nervous starting with a new doctor. After my first visit with her I feel at ease returning when needed.

She very personable and has an awesome bedside manner. I truly love when a doctor explains everything to me in lament terms instead of medical terms.

Her and her staff got back to me immediately and walked me through what to expect with my covid. Did not have to go into the office, prescribed an inhaler and wanted me to check in to see if it got worse. Fever lasted for 5 days, body aches for a week, a migraine for a week and then the coughing. She let me know what to take over the counter and 1 month later I am back running10 miles a week! Did not sugar coat anything, hit me with the facts.

Probably the worst doctor I have ever had an experience with. Having a disability that causes flair ups requires a balancing act of medications. I was recently taken off one to try and help something else. I requested to go back on what was working and she acted like I was ignorant and didn’t know what I was talking about with my own body. She also kept telling me to get off a certain medication and I had told her three times I was no longer taking it. I also had to ask 3 times if my migraines could be correlated with anxiety. It’s been my experience for a doctor to truly help they need to listen and unfortunately she doesn’t. I’d rather have a doctor with rude bedside manners than one that doesn’t listen. I was trying to get help quickly and she was the first appointment available. I won’t do that again.

I think she did an amazing job...I did not feel rushed she looked over my file very carefully so she wouldnt miss anything since I just transferred from Oklahoma. She listened to my concerns and let me decide on treatments rather than tell me what to do I appreciated that she gave me options...definitely recommend this DR.

Doctor Carter is extremely professional and very sweet . She is very knowledgeable. I’ve been i Houston only 3 years and was seeing another doctor and hands down she is best doctor I’ve seen in my life . Wonderful Wonderful. Explain details and I felt very at ease with her . Dr. Carter is easy to talk to, listens and responds to my concerns, cares about me as a patient and makes me feel at ease when examining me. She is knowledgeable about issues I have had and stays on top of current medical breakthroughs and technologies.

I do not recommend seeing Dr. Tracy Carter. Ive had a few doctors from the Kelsey seybold- Vintage location, and they are all fairly caring but, by far she has to be the rudest. First of all, I went in there to take an annual physical and to complain about pain in my head and neck area. She did nothing for me, except cut me off from talking and was belittling me with her pamphlet. She will talk to you like you dont understand anything (Mind you Im certifying in surgical tech so I have a good idea of what she was talking about) and rush you out the door. I believe she truly will not care for you as a patient here.

Dr Carter was a total waste of time and reminded me once again why I left the Kelsey Network years ago and vouched to pay a lot more for a network where I had more control over what Doctor I wanted to see and could see medical professionals who actually valued me as an individual with unique needs rather than a protocol. Dr. Carter didnt listen to a thing I said and did nothing that I came to her for. I have been dealing with my condition for years and finally found a doctor who gave me a correct diagnosis and treatment (a Dr outside of Kelsey) but was unable to prescribe me key medications that were the only methods I have found to actually get me through one of my very serious pain episodes. Dr. Carter failed to look at any of the medical records that I had sent to her office so she could see my history of treatment and talked to me like I was a drug-addict when I asked for one single basic muscle relaxant as the only medication that I have ever taken that actually works to give me relief from pain when I need it. (which is not even an opioid-type drug). She also had no respect for my time as I waited over an hour for her in the exam room. I am extremely offended by her negligence and disrespect of me as an individual person who is very knowledgeable of my condition and what works for me. I will never see her again and do not recommend her to anyone who wants to be treated like an intelligent adult.

Tracey Carter has No care for patients whatsoever. I went in for a sore throat that’s been going around because I had one previously and then got more sick with dehydration and fever. Went in to take precautions to prevent that from happening again and all she said was it will go away on it’s own. Didn’t even tell me advice as for what to take that would decrease chances of virus getting worse. Pushing me out the door body language. Wasn’t prescribed nothing or given advice on over the counter medicines to take. I had to keep asking questions to at least try to get my moneys worth and all she said was if it gets worse to a fever don’t hesitate to come back. Yeah for another visit to carelessness and $30 dollars out my pocket.. will never see her again and advise none of you do as well.

Worst bed side manner from a Dr ever!!! If you ever want someone to belittle you or make you feel like you dont matter this is the place for you! She talked down to me and threw her medical school experience in my face when I asked her a simple question. She did nothing for me but take my money. I will NEVER be back to this place.

Where do I Start? She didnt seem friendly? She asked me about my symptoms and when tried to describe them she cut me off rudely....when a person go to the dr they are suppose to feel comfortable with their physician....I didnt get that vibe. She barely made eye contact....overall the visit felt rushed. Didnt even help me with a diagnosis. O yeah and I had blood work done almost 3 weeks ago and still havent had the results. Will not be returning to her!
