Always very long wait. Used to get same day appointment but now they completely stopped it. Rude and arrogant staff members. And that doctor Paul Shenton is a complete disgrace. How could you treat your patients like that? I always avoid him personally. Overall not recommended at all. Thinking to change the practice.

Really rude receptionist who speaks to you in a very condescending manner. Have had to chase up gp several times for a simple follow through on repeat prescription/referral letter. Have spoken to others who feel the same about this practice. Please avoid this practice if you have the option.

Fantastic surgery. All the dr in redwood are amazing Have never had to wait for an appointment. Dr Shenton was amazing when I had to see him after my husband died snd has been very supportive since.

This is the best Doctors practice I have ever used! My Doctor really looks after me while all the other staff are polite and helpful. I always get an appointment within a few days (Non urgent)

Dr. Shenton is pretty rude and lacks patience and empathy. I would avoid seeing him if you decide to go here.

Best GP practise I’ve ever been to. Doctors are incredibly professional. And I receive an appointment in such a short period of time if not on the day, no waiting for weeks. Definitely recommend to everyone.

It is very good that you can book emergency appointment. Ladies in the reception are very accommodating but one of the senior doctors seems to ignore what I tell him. The best was when I said that because of the pain I can hardly sleep he replied: Pain is not harmful.

Brilliant doctors, nurses and reception staff. Caring, professional and approachable. Very fast at sending prescriptions direct to the allocated pharmacy of my choice.

Very bad practice. Rude staff. When you book emergency apointment for kids, you need to wait over 1 hour, untile somewhan see you, and every time tell is go by self, no need nothing. More advice and help my pharmacy give me.

Worse GP. I dont remember I visit this place without hearing this the Doctor is running a bit late !!!! Whatever was the case for an adult or a child it s the same!!!!! Every I had to stay for long time!!!!

I handed in a letter for a prescription for my lactose intolerant baby as I needed it to be ready the following morning . And they simply lost the letter and now I have to give my baby milk which is going to make him sick !!!! Absolute discrace
