Came into this three store looking to switch from o2 to three. I had the worst experience. The conditions within the store are unacceptable, Itβs so hot you canβt even breath because there is no AC. Due to there being no air circulation there is a sweaty stench in the store which is unbearable. staff members looked burned out, I was served by a young man who was very professional and apologised for the conditions. I would strongly advise anyone not to visit this store and rather visit another store within range.
I was very pleased with Elena as she explained us very clearly about the plans.Secondly there was a slight mistake in my name and I had submitted my ID to correct my name but it was not changed so I told Elena about it and she changed it infront of me .Awesome service Elena keep up the good work.

I just got a business contract and my sim is not working when I am calling the bussines team they say that they cannot do anythingand I have to go to the store but I am already abroad, I am trying to contact the store since 3 days nobody is answering , the business team are just cutting off my calls saying that they are not able to help also to connect me to one of thier team leaders,What should I doo??? Who to call??The worse experience ever , I cant believe I been a customer 6 years nearly.
Went into the store to get a business SIM but wanted to get the an old personal number (already on 3) moved over to the new business SIM. Agreed believing that the number would be changed over on the same day. All that had to be done was a quick call to the customer service line a few hours later and the number would be moved over. This was completely wrong. Found out that the SIM had to be changed over to a pay as you go SIM and that would take 30 days before the number could be moved over.

I went into the store to get an iphone 12 pro max and i made a payment of Β£250 deposit and Β£99 upfront amount. Unfortunately, due to their staff mistake my order was not confirmed and i didnt got my deposit amount refunded and I mailed and called you many times.And Im attaching you the proof of payment.But i dont know why you guys was not responding to me.I want to get my deposit amount refund as soon as possible.Orelse Ill file a case in consumer court.
Yes i visited Three shop for my mobile phone .because i had some problems with my phone. Thay sorted out. I wasnt theres to long satisfied with everything.
I came to do upgrade for both of my contracts as i have been with three for 7 years and the service i got from taahir was excellent and the store atomospher was brillaint. I recommend you to vist the store. Thanks

I had a guy called Ty and he was amazing! He was so helpful and kind and just genuinely nice.In the middle of the process the systems broke down and he did not panic he was 100% chill most of the time around.If you go to the three in Hounslow look for the guy called Ty because he knows whats best for you.
I could have given a 4 for their customer service but this is regarding the network. Ive been using a mobile broadband for the past 1 month and never ever received more than 1Mbps and struggled to use the WiFi network. Ill never recommend 3 to any of my friends. Totally disappointed.

HAS BECOME TOOO EXPENSIVE THEY HAVE ADDED 5%ON BILLS WITHOUT CUSTOMERS KNOWING? AND THEY SAY IT IS BECAUSE OF COVID19 AND THE GOVERNMENT HAS ASKED THEM TO CHARGE CUSTOMERS MORE.

Wish I could give them minus stars!Went there to pick up an item ordered online, they didnt have it any longer (apparently they send orders back after 7 days)and instead of give advise , they just told me to cancel the ordered placed on their website and start a new contract with them, and, to top things up, to pay Β£4 extra per month since they couldnt match the deal offered online....What a joke these guys
Worst customer service & taking more bill
Konrad was great, I really wanted to fill in the customer survey that was sent by SMS but it expired. Konrad was extremely helpful and was able to ensure that I benefitted from all freebies available to me. He was polite and professional.

I was specifically told by the manager to come in this morning at opening (9:30am) so he could take my details and run a diagnostic on my phone because the signal/data keeps dropping out. Spoke to staff who told me the manager doesnt work on Fridays after he told me to come in, I asked them if they could do it for me because Id taken time off work to do this, she replied what do you want me to do about it?. Useless customer service. Will be cancelling my contract. Thanks for nothing 3.

Its absolute sh****hole. No customers manners and crowded like any Asian grocery shop. Managers are absolute disgrace. I just wondered how 3 mobile finds these uneducated staff, very very bizarre.
