Time not ripe yet to buy a plot or house as the project is not under RERA, has a disputed land parcel inside, poor maintenance of common facilities, management not yet transferred to residents, lack of rain water storage due to poor design of storage pond, malfunctioning solar street lights, no separate visitors vehicle parking area, unapproved main gates across public road cutting through the society, lack of municipal water supplies, uncovered rainwater drains adjoining houses and a poor neighbourhood where truckers dump septic tank wastes and building debris, and other anti social activities go on. Otherwise good place for senior or retired persons. A pity that developers missed an opportunity to reap rich dividends by a small additional investment to improve infra structure

So pleasant weather throughout the year. Children park with security guard at both the main gate. One sports complex is at walking distance where almost every sports along with swimming pool is available. Pollution free because of a number of trees.
