Updated-The left side of the band stopped working, so, I mailed them and told them that its in warranty. They send their executive and picked the product from my house, fix it, and sent it back to me. Now it is working great. The sound quality and Bass are Ok Ok.But the best thing is they provide a Leaf App to enhance the sound quality that no other company is offering.

These are providing very bad services. they are thinking customers are foolish. they will not do anything when they got a defective product. I got the defective product when I returned the product to leaf studios then they are not giving a response, have did many emails and calls.

Amazing services provided by Leaf Studios. After raising a query, my headphones were picked up within 2 days. It was a very smooth and effortless process, my product was repaired and sent to me within 3 days time. Even during the Covid time when deliveries are taking usual than longer, I received my product within the actual window given by the company. Fraud company, no customer care service. Pls dont buy.. Trying to contact them since long but all useless. Not recommend even a single star. Bought a Bluetooth headphones before 6 months back, sound quality is ok but it is not connecting with any phone. Trying to contact customer care. But always phone busy. Money waste.

Bought this lead earphone few months back..used sparingly...used to disconnect again and again while connecting with laptop.Its made of poor quality.One fine day while just inserting the charger..the port broke down as if it was placed to be broken.Poor quality product.Bought this because it was made in India but It was very inferior to even chinese product.Wont recommend their products.

Complete waste of money. Do not buy leaf products ever. Service is worst. They use very cheap and dumped components from china in the manufacturing of leaf products. Boat products are far better than that of leaf.

Very sub-standard products. They were running a 50% discount for Black Friday, hence thought of giving them a try. I ordered the leaf sport wireless earphones, and they were absolutely useless. The shape and form were very uncomfortable on the ears, and the audio quality was similar to those is the Rs. 50-60 earphones being sold by street vendors. Whats worse is, they charged Rs. 100 just to process the return. Seems to me this is the way they must be earning. And it takes multiple follow-ups just to get the team to reply to you.Would not recommend you to go for these.

Product damaged within 4 months. Sent back for warranty, got back broken pieces.

My headphones got replaced easily claim process is easy but I request company to raise standard the headphones were not working after purchase of 3 months only however I got my claim easily ..Staff there is really polite and cooperative.

Too bad quality. Literally too bad. I used bluetooth ones(LC2). They broke twice. Then i ordered wired ones and they also broke. Ill never ever buy from this brand and neither recommend to anyone.

Very Bad Experience of products, they send seal opened and used products. Products were damaged and I was trying for return the product. Worst customer support, no response for email and phone on my return request. My problem was not yet solved even after trying many times our email and phone calls.
