There was an old man working in a company came there for making claim procedure on behalf of his MD. These people have already made him to come several times before that asking for new documents each time. One of the staff there named Velu Samy was yelling at this guy. I was really disappointed with the kind of attitude that these people have.These companies are good for taking payments. And when you go for claim the way they respond is not good.

Such a irresponsible staffs. They doesnt even care about customers.
