No worries about the technical capabilities of Doctors. I would say THE BEST in the respective departments.But everything get spoiled by their staffs - shame to call themselves as *Narayana Hrudyalaya*.Today visited for Blood investigation need for my wife (she is also in medical profession and wanted to decide on next steps of treatment procedure based on Endocrine Specialist - kind of Emergency) based on recommendation by Endocrine specialist.Waited for 40-45 mintues and got the answer as they dont know about the investigation mentioned by their Doctor.While questioning them the reason - the answer from one of the Nurse in duty is extremely unacceptable. The reasons they mentioned are database mismatch, IT not responding, doctor not responding, system doesnt have the test ID, contact the patient later, etc. In addition medically unethical answers as well.Is this the standard of Narayana Hrudyalaya?Looks like the lab team also doesnt know the investigation mentioned.Please note that they confirmed the hospital is NABH accredited - which means process should be in tact. Also the Endocrine Department is running for the past 1.5 years here.With no time the same list of Diagnosis is taken by a private lab and we are proceeding. However we will stick to the same Endocrine Specialist.***SHAME *** THEY ARE CALLING THEMSELVES AS NARAYANA HRUDYALAYA.

One of the worst and training institute hospital in bangalore narayana hrudalaya for Gynecologists departmentAm writing my own experience my wife once we got confirmation about pregnant we started checkup narayana medical center in hosur so there lavanya kiran our doctor she suggested take medicines daily basis--MRN No-10020001275560-10020001275782calcimax 500--from 1st check up onwardsMvista cap-----from 1st check up onwardsAspirin 150mg----from 4month startingClexene injection-from 1st check up onwards dailyGrastim injection-from 1st check up onwards dailyso we got advice from doctor saying our hospital 99% will try normal delivery also initial stage they have done video conference then whenever we have to go the checkup we have to send over whats up all old report to remember about patient details so whenever we have to visit consultation fees 500 we have to pay every report she checked initially she said all good take same medicine then it went same up to 6 months all good they said then 7 month anomalies scan we checked there they said baby and mother blood circulation not happening properly they gave some extra medicine also they told us continue only clexene injection then 8 month scan we have checked everything came normal then 9th month again they said mother have pressure also they gave EDD 5th may then after 9th month checkup doctor told us to come weekly scan so 2nd week scan we asked baby delivery can we expect normal right madam also cervix size if baby weight increase more then 3 it will be little pain we asked there doctor got little angry she said where did u checked we said near friend doctor said please come sit my place and explain something something so we said madam even google we checked cervix size and baby weight is normal due to normal delivery we are thinking so we checked all so delivery time can we expect early madam or how it be doctor said coming satuday join hospital will plan for delivery baby seems to normal all fine or if you have date let us know will plan accordingly so we said april 14th or 15th also we checked any date fine madam we are expecting it should happen only normal dictor said no problem will try normal only then she writen some notes join hospital before take covid- checkup we all done then we went hospital 13th april evening joined so initially they done normal checkup they doctor came applied some gel patient stomach they went no one properly care the patient even that particular area they will not allow gents always only few minutes they will allow so next day morning she feeling little pain morning doctor came and checked cervix size and health all said fine then they applied again gel cervix place then they went then i went inside sit they my wife then around 11am on-wards wednesday they checked heartbeat count ratings anything so it went well only few second it went down because hospital environment my wife will get little fear so afternoon they started insert oxygen cylinder my wife got more fear they checked multiple times only few second again it went down then evening doctor came said she still didnt get pain as well as heartbeat ratings dropping its not good will plan for cesarean, we shocked why try to plan normal we will wait another 1week also no problem but they said due to heartbeat dropping will plan today otherwise it will be difficult for mother and baby so i have discussed uncle then we said okay then they took my wife operation theater started cesarean while doing cesarean all are new people like learner few fresher doctor they undressed they put injection back bone here 1st three attempt they couldnt able to put injection, because they fresher then only lady doctor came they put perfectly injection then almost 10 boys only one girl doctor around my wife they started operation all fresher doctor they are started taking notes it seems -this hospital or training institute then they didnt stitched properly so next day they allowed me to see my wife both looks fine baby very small weight 2kg 300gm but while scanning time said nearly 3kg

Treatment is average..Doctors is not good

Many experienced doctors are available. these days patients are considered as customers in many hospitals. In that case support staffs should treat patients in right way. Really very worst reception, appointments cant be booked as like in other. Even if you visit the clinic to book appointment, they dont share proper information on it. Doctors arent available in the scheduled timing provided, patients should come prepared to wait for hours. Even if you book appointment its first come first served and they dont provide token as alternative system. Totally an unorganized administration. Things keeps going no parking space for cars, unhygienic rest rooms.

I would like to share the worst experience I had in Hosur Narayana Hrudalaya hospital. As my husband was suffering from continuous hiccups I took him to the hospital to get treatment. The worst thing is they made us to wait for more than 2 hours to see the doctor. The concern doctor came late. Poor response from the front desk. Required and emergency Medicines are not available in the hospital clinic and ask us to get the medicine from outside to give treatment to the patient. If asked abt this there was rude response from the side of Doctor, pharmist and concerned nurse.All the medicines wont be available in our hospital pharmacy If u are not willing to get the medicine from outside u can take the patient and get treatment outside anywhere is the response given by the doctor,pharmist and nurse. Really I was shocked to hear such a response. Moreover they are forcing us to take all the test (which we hav taken already one month back and shown the same to doctor) whether it is necessary or not. Worst experience we had here and I never recommend this hospital to anyone. Nurse and the pharmist lady should be trained well to behave properly with the public. Eating sweets and chating with one another is the worst scene of the front office I hav never seen anywhere.

One of the famous hospital in bangalore narayana hrudayalaya. there is lot of nurse and doctors but service is very bad. they are treatment is very slowly. Many people die because of their negligence. My father is one.this year i never forget narayana hrudayalaya. 2017 feburary 20th afternoon admited on the hospital. already came small heart attack after we admited on the hospital. doctors told me first take angiogram test after will decide what we do.but they will taking 1 day 10 hours for take only one angiogram test between time not giving healthy food. my dad sugar patient.but they not worry about it. 21th night was done angiogram test. i was meet doctor they told me its a major block on left side. im saying immediately do the operation but the person told me tomorrow morningwill come senior doctors what he is say then we do only next step. currently not available anyone senior doctors. its a big hospital and famous also on bangalore city. but giving answer too bad. and go to near out place you staying or your home. we take are. night time not allowed anyone person staying with patient. I accepted that too.tomorrow morning the hospital person called me. quickly come to hostitel your father is serious condition. idont know what they done tha night time. tomorrow morning i come to my dad sleeping place he is not there. other place sleeping my dad with Four people surround my dad chest pushing but anyone movement my dad body. one doctor come outside and told me ur father watching mobile still 5 o clock. i mean 5 AM.after few mints we go to ur dad sleeping place for taking pulse. but not movement on the body. after we taking here and trying for bring breath. we will get anyone heart beat we can save ur dad after go inside. im waing outside just few mints again same doctor come and told me ur dad is died. i could not save ur dad sorry. allready you paid 30,000 thousand balance amount 20,000 thousand after you take body.that time im so upset i could not speak anythings. i was take my daddy and gone. In their view 10+1 = 11 died body. their only money minder thats all. after i could not see my dad. but i informed about this place.friend your very carefully admit hospitals. There is a lot of hospital in bangalore like this.

No availability of doctors. Even at 3 pm and no proper response or guidance from the front desk or the insurance people.. Very disappointed by the hospital. No care for patients and 600 rs for consultation is useless lazy staff and doctors.

The receptionist behaviour is worst ,they dont even respond to the patient properly.
