I stayed there for two days, Their accommodation compare to the rate is very comparative. Food was the best & must try once.Their Front desk staff and House mens are very polite and ready to serve approach all the time.Location is on the highway so it is very easy to locate.

Good for just a overnight stay. Business Travellers my avoid staying here. Hygiene level in the room can be improved. Food items in the buffet dinner were found cold ofen and of limited variety. Overall, a forgettable experience!

Wanted to have high tea and dinner at the restaurant.However at 630 pm, they would serve non veg at the restaurant, but they will serve non veg at the bar!!.. which is weird.Bar is set in 1980s with dark, dreary decor, like a typical Bollywood movie set.. sans the music and women..Service was slow. A few snacks and 2 beers and we were on our way

You will get variety of food here.Cab services:On demand they also provide pickup and drop services within Hosur and outstation. Just inform them in 15 to 30 minutes in advance. I used cab services on daily basis.Staffs were so polite and take care of all the needs of customers.Overall my stay in this hotel was good. This is one of the good hotel in that area.

Room was neat and clean but bathroom door lock was broken and they have not fixed it till we checked out. took two rooms both had same problem. Room service was good and available even at 4am. Parking space was not enough and that caused to park the car outside the premises with our own risk.

I chose this hotel based on reviews which turned out to be a bad experience. The hotel claims to clean their room and disinfect every time but the room I got was a mess. The first thing I noticed was a long hair in the towel and with further inspection the bed had lots of tiny hairs. Secondly the sofa was not clean. They offered me a different room, that had bad fittings. The wall power socket was broken which could be dangerous to kids and loose fittings (cant close the bathroom doors). The bath door was not functional. When I had called the reception to check, room service guy entered without mask and he was running cold. We travel in a unforeseen situation and choose best hotels so that we can be safe, but this is going to worsen the situation. says choose contactless check-in and asked us to scan and upload your proof, still we are asked for the proofs again, finally they agreed not to take the proof. Good things are friendly staff, I checked in late and they gave me an hour and half grace time to check out, its on the highway and accessible.

TGI below 1km from hosur bus stand, very easy to access and do any kinds of functions like birthday party, engagement, any get together with all veg and non veg packages, as usual they charge only for food not for the party hall, they provide stage, speakers,background wall screen, etc.,Also they provide lodging facilities especially ample for the marriage relatives stay which is close to all marriage halls...Can engage with drinks parties having PUB facility along with LED screens especially we could have fun at IPL times...Also provide unlimited snacks when we buy a bear or any shots,Food wise its good at all veg n non veg items...Quite expensive but worth to spend over a time with friends or family....Finally they provide massage therapies with different styles according to the customers...

Food sucks big time , roadside restaurants are much better . You go order the same dish ever time the taste will be different.Chicken Manchurian - chicken dipped in tomato sauce. They hardly have any dishes . Very poor standards . Never recommend to any one .

Bar facility available say ground floor upto 9:30 pm due to Covid restrictions. Well maintained clean area so that you feel free to take off masks

Not customer friendly. I think they should imrove their customer service. They asked us to park the car outside the premises and they also said that parking is at owners risk. Also the snaks that they provided during the meeting is not good at all. Rooms does not have good blankets.....

Stayed 2 days , 26 to 28 Feb. Hotels facility , cleanliness are excellent, they need to improve in food menu and Taste. Very limited food . Except complementary breakfast, we ate most of foods outside the hotel.

I have visited this place for friends marriage.nice place for a gathering of upto 200 people. Nice upscale place. Havent tried the rooms.In restaurant ,one offers there when I went. UNLIMITED BRIYANI maybe on sundays. One small swimming pool is there.from restaurant few tables are kept with pool view. They have many ballrooms for meeting and other events. I have went two rooms j basement and one in top floor

The stay was good.. Soft beds and good pillows. Amenities provided are good compared to their rates. We had stayed there for a day on 12th and forgot something valuable in our room and when enquired the staff checked our room and informed us that they got it. I really thank the receptionist Kalpana for her swift response and honesty. Will be definitely come back when at premises.Thank you TGI Fortuna

Overall the hotel is average but the cleanliness was below average as bedsheets were torn and had stains on them. Overpriced for a below average service, there are better options in and around Hosur.

Amazing stay and amazing hospitality. It has been more than one month I am staying here and still will be staying for another month. Trust me you can not find a hotel with so much enthusiasm and synergical staff here. Food and services are amzing. Mr. Vishnu in the restaurant and Mr. Ahmed at frontdesk has been extremely courteous and supportive. They always take initiative and try to reach us to make our stay here more and more comfortable. I stayed at TGI Grand Fortuna. Hosur only for 1 night. However I am fully impressed by the teams sincerity in getting back to me on my complain of low pressure in the shower. A very small issue which I had casually mentioned to the reception desk at the time of checking out. First I got a call from the MDs office to ensure that they have looked into my complain and will ensure the same will be resolved. Next day I got a call from the General Manager of the hotel once again promising me that the issue will resolved. I am impressed with the seriousness of the management in taking each complain so seriously. I hope the group as the same policy in all their properties. If so than i will prefer staying with them every where I go. Thanks guys for taking my complain seriously. I am impressed. Just keep the good work.
