Very bad my product arrived in hosur at 8:00am from Bangalore and they send it back to Bangalore , .. they sent message through flipkart that your product was undelivered today

Poor customer service i didnt received the package but it is showing item delivered, i tried to contact the delivery person but no response.

They dont handle the goods properly and their response is horrible. I ordered a package from Amazon and they erased the qr code from package during delivery. So Otp didnt get approved and they took back the parcel. Now they want us to come there and collect the parcel from their location.One of the worst delivery service in Hosur.

One of the worst services which i ever seen in my life time, i have been contacting the customer care for 4 days continuously to get the parcel and they dont have any idea on the parcel delivery and says every time (it will be delivered today) they even disconnect the call in between also..A humble request to all on not go with these e com express(only the name is express) with the worst team..... i would want to give minus rating...but no option...so giving 1 star

I had a tough time getting my package delivered through this courier service. They called me in the afternoon of 17 Dec and said that I did not pickup my call the previous day and on morning of that day. The reality is that they called me only in the afternoon of 17 Dec. They promised me to deliver in the evening and made my 80 year old father wait for them, outside my house for 1 hour as they could not locate my address and I was outside the house. As expected, they didnt come in the evening. And when I called the courier office, they gave me a wrong address. Finally, I found the address through Google and picked the package myself.I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with them ! Pathetic service and no regard for customers !! Careless attitude and high handedness !!!
