Noce location and upcomming villas

These guys have over priced the property .The actual rate per sq feet for land is approx 600 Rs and many are still unable to sell..grande has no facilities and just one security at the entrace . The quality of structures aint good ..leakages and cracks all over .Age if thr building quoted is far less than the actual !!! 5 years since the project was launched barely 3 or 4 have purchased .
