Owned a house in jacpel , workers in his supervision not good .. Quality of the house is very bad and having full issues .. Asked for rectification but no response more then 2 years.. But very Arrogant in getting the amount fully ..My full layout is suffering because of builder and no one has satisfaction.. Even many pending items in layout which builder can’t full fill. My personal recommendation don’t purchase any plot or do construction with Jacpel since purchasing house for some one is one time achievement in life. Thanks
