Im a regular customer since 2014,i have bought one laptop charger,its power cable has burned within 2 days, i left it because it cost only 120, so i bought the new one from the same store and again the power cable burned, then also i got another power cable from the same person, but he has given me the broken one.. i bought that on Monday, being he is not working on Tuesday, Wednesday morning at 10 o clock, before Im leaving hosur, i went to his store, but store not opened, I waited for 1 hour but no use. today morning i came back to hosur and went to sun system, because Im regular customer to him but still they failed to replace it. Very worst behavior, totally abused and argued.. Fainally, very arrogantly said that, if you want you go to customer care dont ask me.hence Im requesting not to buy it from here, poor customer service.

Selling Low Quality products and telling that local products is Branded one. While selling, he gives warranty guarantee bla bla bla.. If you go back for repair at the time he says no warranty, Cheater.

Having Hp, iball lables on the top doesnt mean you have the same brand. Worst products.. fake Branding..

Not at all regular in working hours, letting the customer to wait in there doorstep for more than half an hour, and worst customer service. supplying low quality products.
