I have went for book R15 V4 the information i got from executive is nothing 1. They dont know when booking open since u can book other Yamaha dealership (Chennai, Selam, Banglore,Vellore, tirupattur) within 20 days you can get bike2.They dont know the price3.said two months for start getting bike4.call back (they never do)5.Not sure its Authorized Yamaha Coz since how other dealers are doing6.@MD SS motor try to train employee how to deal customer7.i never seen such worst Showroom but no option here thats the main problem8.Better visit somewhere for get new bikes if so

This store doesnt provide any test ride for customers..if you go for finance then it will be processed within two days and bike will be delivered after your loan amount disbursal from bank. In case of scooty you will get after paying down payment irrespective of loan disbursement..No offers and no tests ride.Im asked for any diwali offer they replied Helmet is free..😂Overall its bad.I visited for buying FZ 3.0 FI-BS6 Matt black for my friend

Amazing staffs. Clean and tidy showroom with temp checks and sanitization. Very informative. Offered test ride. Loved it totally. Though not much discounts, prices was decent when compared to that of the others.
Worst service center. I left my bike for service. After service the bike is even worst then before. service guys are careless, they remove the parts and while refitting the screws were not tightened and every were screws were missing, due to which all parts are loosen and noisy while riding.
SS motors is the best in hospitality services in Hosur. Actually I buy my 2nd bike here at the same place. For both the bike I have been so well organised to get things done at ease and quick.

Worst customer handling, Malayali manager asking in depth details on family and friends, (for insurance) 2 year bank statement !NOt ready to give propeer explanation for insurance and waiting is more, asking documents time to time, no xerox or other shops near by.service is waste value for money, twice serviced here, no other authorised service center in hosur.location is big plus ,,,,just next to funeral ground, away from city center, obviously no bus stop.many fake reviews are there,,,,,, I believed the reviews and went thereee.

Worst Service. I given for Service here, after 10 days my two wheeler got turned off inbetween. Then I taken to nearby local service guy and he found the air filter has not replaced by the showroom at the time of service.

Better dont visit this showroom at all for service related or for general info about the bike.. i was on a road trip to Chennai.. on the way i found this service centre for tightening chain.. the technician simply said “i don’t know to tighten the chain”.. such a poor response.. then found a roadside shop to tighten the chain.. please the required take a look on the review and make it corrected”

Least bothered about customer satisfaction. Took an appoinment over phone to replace a spare on my bike. Next day I went to the showroom as per the appoinment taking a half day leave. They refused to change the spare as mentioned previous day stating some of their workers are on leave.

Worst service I have ever received.. I gave my bike r15 v2 for service on saturday and tuesday Is my delivery date. Today(wednesday) I tried reaching them through phone regarding delivery but none of the number which they gave was not working. So, I directly went to service centre around 12.30PM and still my bike is in dismantled condition. They are simply replying that bike will be ready by today evening or tomorrow only. Worst part is there is no prior information regarding the delay and only auto charges is waste for me... I dont know when Im going to receive my bike.

Poor response to the customers. No one from show room giving response. I have given my bike to service two days ago and no one is giving the feedback on readiness of the bike.

The worst showroom. Dont go for service. First free service, didnt tight the lub oil tank bolt. On the way to home, bolt fell down and all oil spilled out. Bike got skid and fell down. Thank God, no casualty. And they responded worst for this. Next time I went still worser. And they dont care for it. Dont know why yamaha didnt cancel their license till now.

Last 2 months, i have did 3 service, but no use in that. Last week saturday i have handover my bike to service center. My issue is cooling filter leakage/Chain noise and mask vibration problem, not even single problem not rectified. Saturday afternoon i have received cal from showroom still ur bike have some issue so you can take delivery on month, in that time they told battery issue but two weeks back only i have charged my battery in that same showroom but why the same problem its came. after two days im not received any calls from showroom, so i went to showroom to today morning to take a delivery my bike, but my bike self is not working, im asking to delivery person why you people didnt serviced my bike im asking but they repliyed im not serviced your bike some one did, i think battery charging die they told. this kind of service i doesnt want plz, seriously im not happy with ur service, why u people not taking care of free service, we are not paid uh. every time im simply paying service charges. comparing to your service its better to road side local garage person doing good service. plz clear my issue and handover my bike from next time onwards i am not ready to give my bike to ur showroom.@ Dear friends plz dont purchase any bikes in this showroom. Worst service.Disappointing staff.Poor communication.Unprofessional gestures.It was a huge mistake to buy from SS motors as the after service is so pathetic that they least bother to explain anything related to issues that are in the bike, moreover there is no warranty for spare parts as they keep changing every time you give your vehicle for service.The staff are itself so confused at times that they seem to be questioning each other.Iam a big fan of YAMAHA but not to this agency’s who are definitely not specialized in selling their product.All the best!!Karthik

Its a blunder mistake to have bought in SS motors. Such a poor and terrible after service.... You give the vehicle in good condition and they will return the bike with some complaints after service. They are using our vehicle for their personal and official use in a rude manner. I stopped servicing with them after the mandatory services. PLS DONT BUY / SERVICE IN SS. THEY CHARGE YOU HEFTY AND PROVIDE US THE INFERIOR PRODUCT & SERVICE

Worst service, inexperienced technicians are playing with the new vehicle who is getting there free service, experienced person are the one who work on the paid service and they have not fixed the issue which was reported twice and the customer care team calls and give a commitment on the fix of earlier issue on the next service. But no luck.Now decided not to leave my bike to them for service in future.
