Worst place to order visiting cards. My company actually ordered visiting card in Menaka cards and since they ran out and since someone told the cards are cheaper here, my company ordered to print the same visiting card here.We first gave them the source files to print and first they said they are not in the right quality (Menaka cards didnt gave us the source file).So, second time we ourselves designed and gave the source file to Jeeva process and this time also they bluntly zoomed in the picture and showed us the blurred pixelated picture saying if they design using their software the picture wont blur ( actually everyone knew if we zoom a image, of course itll look pixelated at some point). All they want is the extra ₹100 designing charges. So without any confirmation they itself designed and showed me their source file. We actually got angry because of this and told them whatever provide us the sample. They said for a sample of cards theyll charge extra because the 1000 cards they are going to print in one shot in a third party offset printers. We agreed to print the 1000 cards.Suddenly they sent us a sample of cards and the card has completely different colour used from what we have agreed in the design. When my colleague asked about it, they replied they dont have that colour and it takes extra money to print on that colour.Better go for a different shop. Dont give order to this shop.
