This is the second Trends store in Hosur..its good when u get when there is offers..thr billing is very slow.. very less staffs to help..

Need to add few more brands in collections

Offers with restrictions like same price of the shirts have offer but we need to buy either two of dotted or two of stripes but not one dots and other stripes.... Even they are priced same.... These kind of offers are not fair

A decent store to buy appearals. Collection is not great, very limited options available. Its the start of winters but we couldnt find any winter wear for our Kid. Store management should take care of this.However staff is very good and treats customers nicely.

Worst behaviour they told that offer is there up to 15/9/20 but they told that there is no offers. Offers are already closed today. And no coupon therefore there is coupon up to 30/9/20

Strange place, my first visit on a weekend was very good. I loved the place, clothing line was too good, new designs, great discounts and a happy staff. My second and third visit during weekdays was so bad that Im forced to give a 2 star. Designs were ordinary, infact it was the same both my visits just the colors were refreshed, Zero discounts, we felt a bit conned. We paid 4k for 2 jeans whereas on odd days it would have not even costed 2k for the both combined, whats more worse was, For the same product, their website was showing 60% off, where as the retail store sold it at the MRP.Need to change your strategy @trends , there are hundreds of retailers now. If your prepping your state only for weekends then dont open the store on weekdays. Sorry, had to say it.

Been waiting to write this review. Pathetic place, horrible service and a big cheats.In case you like Ajio brand, buy it online. Dont bother to visit their store.I have had horrible experience not one or twice but thrice in two different outlets of reliance trends. I love Ajio and prefer that only, thus went to their Hosur outlet.My experience with Hosur outlet and electronic City phase I outlet is same.In both the places I see their sales guys are not clear of any offers. They will tell you one particular material is at 50/60 percent discount but at the same time some other guy will come and tell you its kept at that counter by mistake, despite the fact that many of the same kinds material will be at the same counter.In other sinario they will tell you to shop for 3k and you will get coupons for 2k but they will never tell you that you can redeem only 1 k at the shop the other 1 k is online. And they will also not give enough time /validity to the coupons.I fail to understand what reliance is trying here. Making fool of its customers.

Dear Hosurians, very bad experience. None of the staff are neither caring nor trained. We purchased a tops for Diwali and after single wash color of the print spreaded all over. We complained and visited twice to get replacement. They refused to replace. Also the senior level people have not come to attend the issue. We are planning to go to consumer court.
