All false promises.They will never complete amenities.Builder has done a worst construction and not even handed over to government, since last five year. Association has taken lots of effort for a peaceful living.DTCP or municipality approval. But how MITTA IRIS is cheating you know , there is no approval from municipality for building construction.Pathetic construction and pathetic builder. The way builder has handed over the building is truly pathetic. Building cracks all over the building i.e. all walls, roofs etc. which finals resulted in water seepage from roof and all the walls. Very poor quality cement and sand was used in construction and the cement ratio was very less which resulted in even the paint getting peeled off and plasters coming out of the wall.MITTA IRIS is known for pathetic construction and low quality material. Not just me but same story for the Villa owners in the MITTA IRSIS. I have other friends who stays in MITTA IRIS also they said the same thing ,that the villas and apartments they build will break in a few months and from the time they handover you the apartment or villa, you have to additionally spend some amount to bring it in a stay-able condition. If you visit MITTA IRSIS Layout anyday, you will see all buildings with wall cracks as if they were 100 Yrs old. Yes there are beautiful crack free villas but its the villa owners who invested money from their own pocket and got the Villas rectified by re-plastering all the walls and then repainting again with putty paint which is a different story altogether. Half of the basic amenities they promised are still missing like swimming pool, community gate etc.More pathethic things, LIC person is also such fraud person , once the loan amount got credited in customer account, before customer knowns they will directly inform the MITTA IRSIS staff about the amount.Assets are once in a life time investment. I request everyone to not to buy any assets from this builder whether be it Land, Apartment or Villa. You will repent your whole life for buying any asset from MITTA IRISAravind

We purchased a simplex villa 3 years ago in Mitta Iris. Its a nice location good for calm and friendly environment. Best place for good standard of living.Well maintained amenities like wide road, clubhouse, park, swimming pool, meditation hall, water tank, municipality garbage collection, at affordable cost.Nearby schools, Railway station, shops and upcoming Airport.Property is available with clean documents and loan facility. Ready to move Duplex and simplex villas are also available.Close to TVS . Excellent customer service and wonderful Mitta Iris property owner.Good place to live or invest👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

If possible I would have given negative rating. Its completely fraud group who doesnt provide proper docs for the layout They take money and dont give the property as promised. I would request everyone going through this property review do not invest your hard earned money in this useless property. never suchh worst team , they are collecting only cash .and wont give proper receipt for your payment.I have taken plot num 86 and quit the project . They hold my money for more than 10 months and i have lost my interest.Plan is too horrible .No quality construction.no quality material, they use only junk quality for building .No proper water curing for the building .Kinldy avoid the property from this Builder.

Please do NOT buy any property in Mitta iris , Land cost per sqft is only 200 but they are selling for 1850/- per sqft VERY REMOTE AREA that too they will collect the amount only by CASH( FULL) no cheque . No Transport will available for any emergency purpose NO PROPER ROAD , no Bus stop kothur is not city , NO OLA cabs, UBER cabs and other transport will not available , COMPLETELY (worthless) or valueless . Even there is no hospitals nearby . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY , Google rating (4 and 5 ) was given by his own employees.Kindly share this information to your loved ones and make aware of this cheating person, DONT BUY ANY PROPERTY FROM MITTA IRSIS GROUP.

-Distance from approach area is to long and no public transport available.One of the cheap builder anyone can find. Worst quality construction and high quality cheater. False promises one of the best quality from this builder. Please do not invest anywhere SSDPL is. Its a complete wastage of money and lot of frustating thing with this company.They cannot provide the EB power connections, even 8 months after occupying the house. Construction of the house is also not exactly with measurements and that also takes 2 years to complete. No one really cares for ur problems, and can give any lame excuses. Please do not waste ur time and money.Each & every needs to be beg with them even after paid.Not advisable to buy here. Worst co operation in construction. With a few labourers they want to build all houses. Even after occupation residents are facing lot of problems. Mental Torture from them.Very far from Hosur town, lonely place ,no access to medical, provisions or super market,scary after 7pmAvoid if you are with family and Ladiesno public transport service, self vehicle.. during night.. not safe to travel

This project gives a independent feeling of owning of our own Villas than gatted community.Builder is taking care of quality material that I am very much satisfied giving all branded items of Reputed make Switches , CERA Sanitaryware Fixtures , Astral pipes , and many more is per model flat.They also supported in some changes we required in our kitchen and utility area . It is dream come true investment for me. Thanks Mitta Group for these beautiful project of more than 220 Villas.

FAKE BUILD Quality is too bad , Do not trust the build , many people lift do to money problem with the build . No Proper document for the land still now Government has not given for approve for the building in the layout . He has hide from the customer . Kindly check the document before going to any layout.
