I, Priyanka MINHAS, am a loyal and longfull customer of BATA from last 10 years. Wherever I go, even if its Hoshiarpir, Ludhiana, Chandigarh or Delhi, I always prefer BATA. I was on the BATA showroom in Hoshiarpir; Branch : kamalpur, phagwara road, next to Liberty store. Staff was very unprofessional, uncooperative and arrogant. I was with my family which I have personally taken to buy them gifts as I am came hometown to celebrate my carrier achievement with them. It was very rude of them to ask us to hurry and they refuse to show us size preference in our choices. They said its past 9 pm as it is closing time but when we entered, door was open. It was very bad experience for all of us. I would like your attention on this as It reflects bad customer service which directy influence your Brand name. It was very very bad experience. Look forward to disappoint yourself as very bad customer service.
